We use this product with our kids (ages 3, 6, and 8) who all seem very sensitive to motion. It has been effective when we have used it proactively but has been helpful when the kids are already feeling motion sick at preventing vomiting. It does make them a little sleepy. We have used this in the car, on a cruise, and on airplanes and it has been very effective. I love the plastic case it comes in since it protects the medication while it is in my purse and has the dosage instruction printed on the case. My kids do not complain about the grape taste at all like they do with the orange flavored tablets.
