WAY TOO TINY! Charged to return!

We returned this jacket straight away. I was really disappointed because it was purchased on sale and a size-exchange could not be made AND I had to pay to return it! I followed the size chart and ordered a 7/8 for my daughter who wears a 6 in EVERYTHING. When she put it on, she could barely zip it and even without extending her arms, the sleeves were too short. My daughter is not even chubby, let alone overweight - she's in the 25th percentile for her weight and 30th percentile for height. She is a petite 6 year old and the 7/8 was too frickin' small. Unless you're going to order 3 sizes up, oft for a different coat. The colors were great and it seemed decently made, but what in the world is going on with their sizing that a small 6 year old needs a 9/10?

I ordered a 3T for my daughter, who typically wears a 2T in hopes that it would last two seasons. It fit her perfectly, so although I LOVE it and so does she, I am afraid we will only get one winter out of it. We live in southeast Texas, where the temperature rarely dips below freezing, so I can only vouch for this in 30-40 degrees, but it definitely keeps my little one toasty warm in those conditions. It was a great buy, I just wish I had bought a size up since we won't get a ton of use out of it with our mild winters.

Not happy with this too-small Black Friday Purchase!

Like everyone else apparently, I got screwed on this Black Friday order. I bought up 3 sizes for my daughter who wears a six (I got a 10/12) thinking I could put it up for the future. It barely fits her now. She already has a coat so this was kind of pointless and I'm not happy I cannot return it. It is a SUPER cute and very nice quality coat, which is why I gave it two stars. But BUYER BEWARE - You'll need to order up 2-3 sizes bigger!

I purchased this coat on Black Friday and got an amazing price on it. I love it however, the coat runs small and when I attempted to exchange the jacket, Amazon wouldn't and the price was now four times the "Black Friday" price. They weren't even going to refund the amount of the jacket in full. I have decided the keep the jacket and use it for 1/2 the winter. It just didn't pay to return it.

Pretty coat .... runs small

The coat is pretty but it fits just a tad small. My granddaughter is just beginning to fit into some of her size 6 clothes. I bought this in a size 6x and she'll be able to wear it a couple of times but it really is a bit small. I wish I would have ordered it a size up but since I got a FABULOUS deal on a daily special (under 12 bucks) we decided to keep it.

Too small from the arms and very thin jacket

I purchased the jacket one size larger and it still fit my daughter too small from the arms, but body length was good. Jacket was cute, not thick (I would not use on a very cold day). I returned it with no issues. As soon as I mailed it back via UPS (at no additional charge) I received my refund back. Great and fast customer service.

Runs extreamly small

Small...small and did I say this coat runs small? My 3 year old daughter fit into the 7/8 sized coat (she is a 5t) my 8 year old daughter couldn't even fit into the 7/8 size so it went to my little one. The coat itself it's fairly warm & made well for the price.

Order 3 sizes at the most up!!

This jacket is WAAAY too small. For reference, I have an almost 40 pound 6.5 year old daughter, and the 6X was too small. She still fits in 5's and wears some 6's, but no 6X, so I assumed this would work. Wrong. This is apparently made for tiny children. Funny thing is, at not quite 40 pounds, I thought my daughter WAS tiny.
