NEVER buying store bought bread again..Why would I when I can bake my own fresh bread at home!?
I could seriously never go back to the store bought bread after having a piece of the crusty on the outside but soft and warm on the inside of a fresh baked loaf from home in my own bread machine!
I chose which setting I wanted the crust to be, light - medium or dark. I decided to go with medium which was done perfectly as you can see from the pictures attached to my review.
The set up was easy, I followed the step by step instructions and in about 2 hours I was eating the best bread iv'e ever had!
I love all the different recipes that are provided in the booklet, which was also e-mailed to me so I printed out a copy to file away with my recipes in case I ever lost the book.
I made the dessert recipe which I thought would be a bread but it did not ask for yeast. I was confused but added all the apples and other ingredients that it listed. When the timer went off I realized I had a Dessert TOPPING! I immediately went to buy some vanilla ice cream and I was happy that I thought to throw in cinnamon which the recipe did not call for. I had the most delicious apple cinnamon topping for my ice cream, it was scrumptious! I would highly recommend this bread machine..I use it at least once a week and with the holidays coming I am sure that will change to twice a week when family is visiting. Sample provided for evaluation and review.

This is the first time I have ever tried using a bread maker, and I'm happy to report back that it was a fun and successful event.
My four year old was so interested in helping me make bread too.
He kept checking on it through the baking process.
This machine is attractive and very easy to clean.
It comes with measuring spoons and a measuring cup too.
For my first go at bread-making I chose a recipe for vegan whole wheat bread and tweaked it just a tad(using half white flour and half whole wheat.)
The 2 pound whole wheat bread option does take a little over 4 hours to complete so I planned ahead for that.
The SKG automatic bread maker did basically all the work, and was surprisingly easy to use.
The loaf of bread I made was by far healthier and better tasting than any store bought variety I have ever tried.
I cannot wait to buy more ingredients to try the other functions.
I am looking into making my own dairy-free yogurt.
The responsibilities seem endless.
I definitely recommend this as a wonderful holiday gift.
I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
