love item; only problem is the bag it came in the zipper was ill stitched, as i was looking at item to determine if there were any defects. the strap came apart from bag, and zipper fell off. Working currently with seller to take care of the problem. Unsure if i will need to return for refund and repurchase or if items will simply be replaced; but I feel it still deserve 5 stars, until I am totally not satisfied with products and service. I'd recommend this tripod. I don't think the cheaper versions will give you the look and feel of this outstanding product. Tripod was sturdy, well made, solid design, metal parts, not a lot of plastic. grips on feet, adjusting hinge for head to fit on, several heights, no odor, looks professional, fast ship. Worth the money.

Very sturdy so far! I like all the adjustment options. The middle "neck" portion rises up so I can keep the legs close and it feels more stable. People saying it is too short must not have seen this adjustment option? If I had it at full extended legs and neck it would be over 6ft tall!! Really excited to get to work on some hair!!!

This tripod is a little pricey but it is worth it. The quality is very sturdy and don't have to worry about it falling over The legs are cushioned. It has a very nice carrying case You can raise it to different heights. I am glad I decided on this one. Customer service great.

I was disappointed to find that it wasnt taller. I'm 5'2" &it's actually a perfect height for me, but what if I was taller? I would have been in trouble. That's my only qualm about this product. I just feel bad for the taller people. Otherwise i am satisfied so far.

This came just in time for me to do my assessments and classes with. The one I had was so flimsy that it drive me batty when I was training. I was so pleased with this purchase that it was so much more sturdy and stable. Plus it is more compact. I am super satusfied and recommend this stand. I think I may purchase a second as well

The height is adjustable, and the head mount is adjustable too.So far it is stable.
