I have a terrible time getting to sleep. Melatonin was recommended as a safe way to nod off. These are great - I take one about 20 min before I want to get sleepy & it works every time. I can feel myself getting drowsy & make my way to my bed (or just turn off the light if I'm there). Unless something odd has occurred (major stressor), I sleep through until morning - which is usually (for me) 6-7 hours. I wake up with ZERO hangover.

I had major insomnia - so this stuff is a gift to me AND I like that it is non-addictive!

Great natural sleep inducer. I found it very effective in helping put some rhythm back in my sleep, I experienced much more restful sleep cycles when I used the product. There was no drowsiness in the morning.
The product was excellent in managing regular sleep cycles but was almost ineffective in helping manage severe jet lag. I believe a much larger dose may help.

Not the normal brand I buy but I decided to try it because it had a coupon on Prime Pantry - not sure I will use it again however. Took a little longer than my normal brand and has the downside of being a swallowable tablet over chewable which is hard for me to do. Item came brand new sealed however. Easy to open top. No chalky taste.
