I did not actually get these for working. I have carpal tunnel in my right wrist to the point it has taken me out of work and I am waiting on surgery. The tests also confirm I have the beginning of it in my left wrist also. My doctor told me to get some wrist wraps for my left arm and we will rerun the EMG at later date to see if that helps any instead of operating on my left wrist also. So I decided to try these wraps by Gladiator.
These wrist wraps are padded and very comfortable. They are fully adjustable. They wrap around my wrist a few times. I still have full use of my hands unlike with the wrist braces I have to wear on my right hand. These wrap around the wrist as tight or loose as you want them. They have velcro to secure them. They also have thumb straps on the to help you hold them in place better. I tossed mine in the washer and dryer with no problems at all.

Great wrap, and help me a lot to my bench press! Love the material,, didnt hurt my wrist, and the supports is good..Very good powerlifting straps. Extremely helpful. It enhances my grip and reduce finger fatique. Great product! This product help me with the stability i need it has a high quality design that guarantees to protect me through my vigorous work outs and my weight lifting competition. I recommend this product.

While I love the color and the feel of these wrist wraps, I'm not sure they'll be my go-to quite yet. The thumb straps make it easy to put them on, but the wraps themselves are made of a very stretchy fabric, and the elasticity makes it difficult to judge how tightly I am wrapping them. My first few days using the Gladiator wraps, I had to take them off halfway through my exercises because they were cutting off my circulation! I like a lot of wrist support, so I had pulled them tightly, but misjudged just how tight they were due to the stretchiness. I monkeyed with them a few times and sometimes had a better wrap with less loss of circulation, but then I didn't have as much support as I wanted. It's difficult to find the right balance between support and mobility with the elastic fabric, but if I can find the right combination, the wraps themselves are very well-made and likely to be incredibly durable. I give three starts for difficulty in use, but good construction.
