This is a life saver. I have a grandson who is allergic to wheat, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, seeds and corn. I was making this same basic mixture on my own and this is wonderful. I add a little applesauce and cinnamon and my grandson loves it! I just wish it came in a larger package.

I'm so glad Enjoy Life offers this product. I admit, I wouldn't have enjoyed these muffins as much if I had just made them on their own, but I added the Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Morsels to the batter. With that added chocolate flavor, they were very good, and I ate them as a dessert! I think they'd also be very good for breakfast with blueberries added. I will definitely purchase again.

Finally found a great muffin mix for our family. I love that these are allergy friendly and contain no wheat/gluten and tree nuts-- crucial for our family. No loss here as they still taste great and make for "real" muffins despite not having wheat, dairy, eggs, etc. Easy to make and cook-up well however you do have to be careful and kind of stand over them while baking to make sure they don't overcook. Instructions give a long baking time span of 10-20 minutes. For us they took closer to the 20. Docking one star because the muffins as made with the mix alone leave more to be desired. They are much better adding mix ins like blueberries, cranberries, orange zest, chocolate, etc, whatever suits your fancy. I would like to see the company offer the product in flavors. Overall I do recommend!

These are super easy to make and last days. They are very moist muffins. I added frozen blueberries to my mix. It takes a second to get used to the consistency on the first bite but then you find yourself craving another one! There is a bit of a film they leave after you've finished and the tastes lingers but since they are yummy I don't mind that so much. I would recommend trying these muffins. They are literally so easy to bake.

My granddaughter is gluten-intolerant and consequently she often gets gypped when my grandson gets cookies and other baked goods. So I am always on the lookout for tasty gluten-free treats. Let's face it--so much of what it gluten-free tastes like chalk. Or worse. These muffins were actually quite tasty and moist. I loved that I only had to add a couple of ingredients and the process was super quick, so Enjoy Life Muffin Mix will be a product I keep on the shelf in my pantry. My granddaughter loved the taste. I thought it was better than average. Next time I will definitely add some chocolate chips, bananas or berries to increase the sweetness. The muffins do have an odd looking sheen on top and they do crumble super easily. But really, for me this comes down to taste and having something quick and easy I can give my granddaughter for a special treat, so this is a win. It's definitely worth a try to see how you like it. I received this product at a discount or free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. I rely heavily on reviews when making online purchases, so I make sure to comprehensively examine any product I am given so I can give a thorough review. I bought this mix for my adult daughter who is following a dairy free/soy free diet for her son she is nursing. Every Enjoy Life product we have tried we've liked, but this one was definitely not good to her. We gave the remaining waffles to our dogs....they liked it.

I eat mostly paleo but I'm not opposed to the occasional convenience product, and there aren't any ingredients in this that are too problematic for me. My favorite thing about this muffin mix is the lack of xantham gum which I react badly to and seems to be in most gluten free baking. These muffins didn't give me any negative reaction at all. The texture is moist but definitely on the heavy side, and since I don't have a problem with eggs I think I'll add some next time to make them fluffier and bind them together better as they did fall apart pretty easily. They have a neutral taste which makes them perfect for making whatever kind of muffin you want, but I really liked them plain anyway. Overall I was really happy with them and would recommend them!

This mix was easy. Nothing had to be at room temperature, like many gluten free products. I wanted to add chocolate chips but I gave up chocolate for Lent. I did sprinkle some raw sugar on top of a few muffins. If I had zucchini, those would have been awesome in this mix. Mix is very versatile and was good on its own. It was light and fluffy and not dense like most gluten free bread products. However, it did have a slight "gluten free taste". I think chocolate or fruit added would have disguised that slight gf flavor.
