The screen protector part allows dirt and debris to get between it and the screen. That in turn causes pitting and scratches. If I had known that was going to be an issue, I would have taken it off and put a stick on screen protector on instead.

This is a good case with a few shortfalls. First red is not what I would describe the color as. It's an orange red that looks like a dark pink in some lights. Not a huge deal but not red
The screen protecter is awful. My phone has been in this case since day one. My screen has 2 small dents and several scratches. If anything gets under the screen cover it will cause scratches. You really have to take apart the case every couple of days to clean it.
Other than that its a great case, dropped my phone several times. No problems. My headphone jack fits. It is large because it takes a screw on adaptor for the larger headphone jack. I think just about any charging jack is gonna fit. The amazon basics charger has lots of cladding around the jack and they fit just fine.
But I wish I would have listened and taken the plastic cover off and replaced it with a good adhesive screen cover. Really bummed my new phone in a case since day 1 has screen scratches

Not even a month after having this case the holster broke. It took us almost a month to get the case in the first place and now its broken. When you go to the Otter Box website for the warranty the Droid Turbo 2 information is not even posted. Not sure what to do with it now.
