I was really sorry with this product. And that's nothing that I can normally say with things I buy off of Amazon. Cheap representative of the OtterBox, the ones you buy at Verizon etc.are much better quality. Within 10 days of purchase I dropped my phone on the kitchen floor and my phone is broke had to replace the phone replaced it with a real OtterBox for Verizon and have no current problems

We are sorry that the Defender case that arrived does not seem to be up to our high Otter standards. Was this perhaps purchased through a third party reseller on Amazon? Sometimes with those purchases, you're not exactly sure what you are going to get. If you bought this with Amazon selected as the direct seller, then you will have received an authentic OtterBox, complete with our one-year warranty. Even though you have purchased a second OtterBox elsewhere we would still suggest contacting whichever seller you acquired the first case from and requesting a return/exchange. I've never had an otterbox before, I've always got a two part case that was a lot cheaper. I got this one because I thought I would be getting extra protection. I feel my cheap two case, hard plastic shell with a tpu in shell on my last phone was a lot more protective. This case is slippery feeling to me. I've almost dropped it just holding it. I was really disappointed in the case. I had to pay close to 50. for this case. I never paid more then 10 buck for a case before. My hubby kind of talked me in to it. I bought a Samsung Note 5. When I need a new case or if I drop my phone from this case being slippery, I will go back to my cheap cases. Not impressed with this case at all.
