Another review said that basic work related files were not supported, I can gladly say that is FALSE. The user guide for the product is a PDF. I have even tried Microsoft Document files and PowerPoint files and they all work well. Okay, now you can read my review.

Review:

I just received my Sandisk Connect Wireless Stick today in the mail, and so far I love it. This review won't be too long, since I haven't experienced more than 24 hours with this product yet, so I don't have too much to say about it.

Build Quality: To start off, the build is quite nice and I like the texture of the flash drive as well. One design flaw to me is that you can only put the cap on one way, so I've mixed it up a few times already, oh well.

Functionality: Next, functionality, it works just as you expect it to. I loaded up Iron Man 3 and streamed it to my iPhone, no lag at all, even when I skip throughout the movie. Pictures and music work well also, there is an option to create a slideshow for your photos, which is a nice touch. You are able to download pictures or videos to your device from the flash drive as well. The app has a built in music player, but you cannot skip throughout the song, which seems odd to me. It has worked well for me on all the major platforms, smartphones (through their app), tablets and computers. My biggest complaint is that the connector is USB 2.0, I think Sandisk really could have made this product stellar with a USB 3.0 connector.

The App: The app performs okay, it definitely isn't 100% polished, but it works. I have found a few bugs, which aren't huge and I'm sure they will be fixed soon enough. In the app you can upload or download files to the flash drive, I haven't had any problems with this.Read more ›

I work in a law firm, and often we go to offices or courtrooms with either "challenging" wifi, or no wifi at all. This stick makes it easy to share files with opposing counsel and experts without the hassle of cloud-based, wifi-only storage. This is a super-simple solution: uploading files is easy, sharing access is easy. Just one little thing that makes my busy life a little smoother!

This product is working as described. I've noticed some reviewers are having some problems getting it connected to wifi. It might be the simple solution of downloading the right app from the app store. San Disk has 2-3 different apps for different flash drives, so when I downloaded the first app I saw, it did not work getting this stick connected to wifi. I then read the startup guide and noticed that I downloaded the wrong app. I got the right app and, voila! It works perfectly! SO make sure you are reading the guide that is included in the stick itself. It will show you the correct app to use! I've included a pic of what the app looks like.

This device is definitely the technology that I've been looking for and I highly recommend it; especially for
Iphone and Ipad users, like me.

I love every features that Iphone/Ipad provides; however there are 2 things I really hate -
1. They take so much efforts for transferring songs, vidoes, pictures and everything else through Itune.
I believer most of the people would agree that this is a very painful process.
2. They do not support external storage, so bigger size of storage would costs a lot more.

This device is the best solution to accommodate my dissatisfication for my Iphone/Ipad with the following
reasons -
1. It's basically like a USB drive to store data, like songs, videos, pictures and it opens up the wifi
connection to allow your smart phones and tablets to connect to, just exactly like connecting to
your normal wifi router. An app can be downloaded and easy to play the videos, songs, photos and view
different documents from the device. If you like to data to be copied to the phone/tablet or vice versa, you can
easily do that as well.
2. It offers 3 different storage size, 32/64/128 GB. It can prefectly be used as the external storage and don't
need to pay big bucks for additional storage.
3. Price point is well set. The one I have only costs $59.99 for 64GB.
4. WiFi connections is stable. Watching videos from the device is very consistent, very smooth, the connection
never drops.
5. The quality, look and feel, size is all good. It can be put in your pocket or purse while watching the videos
from your phone/tablets.

The only thing I'm picky about this device is that you cannot surf internet if you don't have the data plan but
I can live with it by switching back and forth.

I'm on the road a lot for my job and often have to lug around multiple devices (work phone, work laptop, personal phone, personal tablet). And I've been looking for an easy way to get files from one device to another. Until I picked up one of these drives, I had to keep copies of the same files on each device which became a big pain when I started to lost track of which device had the latest version. Now, I've got all my shared files in one location and, even better, end up with more space to store important things like movies on my iPad! Highly recommend.
