Cloves can be strong if too much is used. I used this in a pineapple/brown sugar ham glaze. DELICIOUS. Let's see how long the shelf life will be. I just got this a month or so ago and don't use cloves often, so I'm curious if it will loose it's flavor strength and how long it will take.
