Real coffee in a K-cup!

I've used K- cups for a lot of years now and I will admit that it's just more convenient -- the taste is often not quite as good as true brewed coffee. Well, let me tell you -- we know why a cup made with Peets is super tasty coffee! We faithfully empty out the used K- cups to at least compost the grounds, and the Peets cups are packed with more coffee than other K -cups. My engineer hubby even weighed them and yes, they have more coffee in the cups than other brands. Plus, Peets coffee has an almost fruity taste to me, which I prefer. They are the most expensive, though, so everybody start buying them and maybe the price will go down. :)

Very Good Dark Roast

This is among the very best coffees that I have ever had the pleasure to drink - not bitter, full and rich flavor (body), and very satisfying. It is also easily the most expensive that has passed my lips. While I do beleve that it is worth it's price, my retirement income is not sufficient to continue using this coffee. I will miss it greatly. If you have no cost problems, and if you like a great cup of coffee - this is it.

Amazingly good coffee. Nothing is better. Ordering a lot more next time; I had wanted to test it in my Keurig to assure myself it was as good as stopping at Peet's. It is. In fact, OVERWHELMED by it's goodness and full flavor. Think I'll make another cup right now!

The best, by far!

I've had a Keurig brewer since they first came on the market and, as a person who only has one cup of coffee at a time, love the convenience. Even so, I have searched for the perfect K cup of coffee and haven't found it. I've tried them all, but to get a good rich cup of coffee (Kenya is my favorite) you can only use 6 oz. of water -- a tiny cup of coffee. I've been waiting for Peet's to get in the K cup business, and remember an article about how the industry fought Peet's early attempts. Now I know why. This is the PERFECT cup of coffee, using 8 ounces of water. I'll never go back to the other brands. The only problem is the price. A 10-pack is only $9.99 at my local Peet's, but is $11.99 plus $4.70 shipping here. Hopefully Green Mountain Coffee will add Peet's to their coffee club with free shipping. Probably won't happen since they would be bringing in a competitor that will now dominate the K cup world! It's about time! DId you know that Starbucks learned the trade from Peet's? ( [...] ) Happy day! Peet's K-cups are here!

Real French Roast

I have been a fan of Peet's for years and used to buy there coffee quite often before I switched to K-cups for whatever reason, my complaint with K-cups is from Keurig almost eveytime I find a nice strong coffee I like it becomes no longer available. When I noticed Peet's K-cups on Amazon I had to try and thankfully it is every bit as good as there whole bean coffee. This is a nice strong dark heavy cup of French Roast, I generally make it in the default size on my brewer which is actually only a 6oz cup but even on 8oz this makes a nice strong cup and I only drink my coffee black. If your a fan of real strong French Roast or Peet's coffee's this is a must try.

Only blend I let start my day!

This review is for Major Dickason's blend. I bought a box of MD k-cups while trying to find something I would like better than some of the other so-so brews I was currently using. Wow, did I hit the jackpot! I love this blend and now it is the only one I will start my day with. It's a wonderful dark roast like no other I've had. Now I get it monthly through Amazon's subscription service. If your tired or bored with your current brew this is a must try.

My usual coffee is Starbucks Pikes Peak, but now that now that I've found Major Dickason in K cups, I am making the switch. It is so full bodied and delicious. This rich and super-bold flavor definitely did not disappoint. Full-bodied and complex, the aroma of the brew is just the beginning. I chose to just add cream as I could better savor the flavor. This one will be a part of my coffee rotation. Another nice thing about it, is that I can brew it at a 10oz instead of my usual 8oz because it's strong enough. Peet's is one of the best brands of coffee out of California and I am pleased they offer the k cup version in different varieties of roast and grains. Highly recommend! This is an everyday medium roast coffee for just about anyone. Yum. Making purchases from Amazon is always our preferred route! The selection is always top notch!

Delicious coffee!
