Listol is a great product to help improve focus and concentration. It's really helpful for people with ADHD to calm and help you be more focused on the task at hand. It's a non-toxic supplement that's made with natural ingredients so it is safe to take. It also helps with memory which is nice. It's made in the USA and full of vitamins and minerals that we need. It's even safe for kids age 6-12 years old but they take only half the dose of someone 12 and over. The capsules are smaller than many others I have come across recently which is good but you are taking 6 pills a day. There are 180 pills in the bottle which will last 30 days. I love that it helps me to get more done and so efficiently but I don't really like having to take so many. There are many benefits and it does seem to help me do better and get more done overall. I love the offered 180 day money back guarantee because it shows they stand behind their products which makes me feel good about buying them. They even have a chewable option for kids who can't or don't yet swallow pills which would be great for my son. Overall I like what they do and if I could afford them I would probably purchase them on a regular basis for myself and my son.
