This is actually an empty box that carries the code, if you want an fast protection, grab the digital version of these. its quicker, I have prime so i didn't have to pay for shipping.

Been using Kaspersky for several years after Norton didn't protect my electronics for squat. Very happy with Kaspersky. Sometimes it is slow to start, maybe due to Kaspersky being a big file or what because I know I have a strong computer. Despite that when it is up and running it runs very well with no drama, or problems. It has a lot of features that you can customize easily. Right now I just extended the protection to my mobile phone and also there no problems as it protects my smartphone very well. Will continue to buy Kaspersky as it has not failed me yet like that other overrated piece of garbage Norton.

Arrived quickly and works well. This was an activation code for the "Kaspersky Total Security - 5 Devices". I download the latest version from Kaspersky's website and installed it on my PC, then used this Activation Code to turn it on - it is a full version, not just a trial product. I also did the same thing for two other PCs thus far. This code functions for installs on up to "5" devices. I've been using Kaspersky products for several years now and I'm happy with it's level of protection. Good job by the seller too as it came in just a few days.

Works as advertised - viruses and malware are a thing of the past. As is physical installation media - all digital purchases and downloads. You can even make a emergency boot / disinfection disk in case you get slammed incredibly hard.

This product gets only 1 star because out of all the devices I have only one uses the Windows 10 operating system. So, only one computer is completely protected and completely supported. For example (one of several I have discovered so far), I can only create a rescue disk if I upgrade my Windows 7 machines to Windows 10 (I did upgrade in the past but it slowed my computers down so much that I reverted). If this product only works completely with Windows 10, why does the product description list Windows 7 as one of the operating systems supported?

Does not come with an installation disk so you must go to the website. The instructions give you a wrong address, so then you go to kaspersky.com then click on downloads. You end up with a 30 day trial and then have to go to mykapersky to add the device. The entire process takes about 25-30 minutes because there is no screen to first input your authorization code and then download. I don't know how much money Kaspersky saved by not having a CD, but as a user I am completely dissatisfied with the time it takes to install on 5 devices. Will not purchase any virus protect in future without a CD or at least a clear path to installation.

This product would not load on my computer. The seller was not helpful.
I finally bought the upgrade directly from Kaspersky and it upgraded my existing Kaspersky software
without any issues.
I believe the software this seller has is the commercial business version since it requires special
account manager level to install.
Would not buy from this seller again.
Will try and return thru Amazon.

After researching antivirus software, Kaspersky was mentioned frequently as one of the best. I've been buying and annually installing Norton Antivirus products over the past 10-15 years. However, Norton's policy now is if you buy their product, you must 'Enable' automatic renewal. I wanted the flexibility to purchase whatever software I thought best and not be locked in. Kaspersky Total Security arrived yesterday and I immediately went to install even though I had 18 days left on my Norton subscription. As other reviewers noted, what you receive is a package with the activation code and installation instructions. I have Windows 7 OS and following the instructions, I was able to download a 30 trial of Kaspersky Total Security. The instructions said to then to choose 'Activate the Application'. I looked and looked and nowhere was there this choice. Frustrated, I called the only Support phone number included in the packaging, which is entitled 'Solve Your PC Problems with Kaspersky Lab's Premium Support'. After explaining my issue, the customer service person stated that for $50 for the Premium Service, they could assist me. Angry that after purchasing the software and having a problem, and having no telephone number to call other than this, I was being asked to pay for support. What did I pay for when I purchase this software? Finally, she gave me the telephone number for 'regular' support, which was nowhere to be found in any of the materials I received. After contacting them, within a very short time I had 'Activated' & installed the software. I'm hoping over the next year this software protects my computers (3) as well as smart phones (2). I gave it 3 stars only because the instructions do not include how to Activate even though I have the activation code included with my purchase AND for not including a 1-800 # to be able to call a 'regular' support person. Not including a 1-800 support phone number is a major oversight and appears intentional.
