I personally snore horribly,and my partner grinds her teeth in her sleep....so can you see already why we are a great pair to test out this "Quiet Sleep Kit" lol! Before receiving this product I have tried things like nasal strips across the top of my nose to open up my airways a little each night. Needless to say that didn't work! It wouldn't stop the snoring and it would always make the top of my nose so raw from the adhesives i am assuming. As far as my partner goes, her teeth grinding has been kept to a minimum as long as she has a mouth guard.

Now lets get into this product specifically....when you receive this kit you get a small nasal clip in its own plastic carrying shell that contains a mirror. The nasal clip is pretty self explanatory, and i really didn't find a need to use the mirror but i do like the thought of it having its own plastic case. A lot of times companies just give you a product not thinking about exposure of germs when its not in use, especially being that this thing goes into your nose! I love that this company was a step ahead with that. Again, the clip wasn't very hard to figure out at all and its as simple as positioning each side of the clip in each nostril. The material it is made of is sturdy enough to hold its shape yet flexible to conform to almost any size nose. This kit also comes equipped with a mouth guard. That also comes with its own case (no mirror) but the case has small openings so that your mouth guard can "breathe" when not in use. Again very well thought out because something that contains any amount of moisture should have room to breathe to prevent molding or mildew, so again thumbs up for that.Read more ›

The mouth piece is made of a very soft rubber and super easy to mold. I put it in boiling water for a couple of seconds and it started to melt! So, warm tap water would probably be good enough. After you warm it up, it is super easy to mold. It is easily the most comfortable mouth piece that I have warn! The only problem I had was that it kept falling out of my mouth in the night - which was probably my fault. When ever I wear a mouth piece to bed, it usually falls out by morning. I can definitely tell a difference! I wake up rested and instantly noticed that I have more energy throughout the day.

I could not handle the nose clip. I stuck it in my nose and it works - I can feel my nasal air ways open up. But I could not keep it in my nose! I have a hard time with anything in or on my nose, so I could not keep it in. I think that it will come in handy when I have a cold and my nasal airways are plugged up. I will try it again then!

I tried for about a week to use this Nasal clip and the fitted mouth piece before I gave up. Actually went back to read other reviews and researched just to make sure I was using it right. I guess it just isn't something for me when I could get the nose piece to stay in it would work but with the slightest movement it would fall out or wake me up because it hurt pretty bad. The mouthpiece I couldn't use at all I would put it in but I could not fall asleep with it in so that is just a personal fear of mine I guess. I'm not saying don't give this a try because, it just was not my cup of tea and may work really well for other people. Thank you so much for the chance to try and review thee nasal clip and mouth piece. I received this product complimentary for my honest and unbias opinion.

Pros: When I could get it to stay in without bumping it my wife says there was no snoring.

Cons: Uncomfortable, hard to get it to stay in place, give me a sore nose, and the mouth piece I couldn't use at all

I would of giving this product a zero if I could of as I originally gave them some stars and an honest review and in return they turned around and denied me on the product guess you have to lie and give all companies 5 stars.

I was about to be arrested for abuse for kicking my husband throughout the night. I mean ALL NIGHT LONG, he snored - which woke me up, all night long. How can you be a pleasant, normal human being when you are being woken up by a freight train in bed with you?? Enter the purchase of Best Quiet Sleep Nasal Clip. from Copperside Trading, my savior!! He puts on that nasal clip just prior to sleep and I am a new woman! I actually get to remember what it was like to sleep an entire night without thoughts of how to best shove a pillow across his face. It is small, and really not even noticeable (not that it matters, who sees you asleep?) He found it comfortable and unobtrusive to HIS sleep He also said that he feels he slept better. All in all this is a spectacular product that has saved me from having to post my own bail!!

I have tried all kinds of remedies and tools, including a CPAP to solve my obnoxiously loud snoring. Doctors ran tests, and I am certain they get kickbacks from the device makers and suppliers. I had a minor issue, and the CPAP was what they said I needed... but it was impossible to use, so I stopped using it. Snoring continues. Wife frustrated (and tired when I keep her up due to the snoring). On a whim, I thought, let's try this... I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review. Wow. Home Run. This device doesn't eliminate the snoring completely, but it reduces the obnoxiously loud to a more gentle air flow. I feel more rested. Probably getting more air during my sleep and not waking up 1400 times each night. Wife is happy, since I'm not waking her up during the night. I've had this device for a week... very happy. This came with a mouth guard -- easy to mold -- not sure if the nasal clip is the total solution or the mouth guard -- but together I am much happier. And wife is much happier.
