This are so amazingly comfortable. I was a bit worried that the straps across the top would be uncomfortable, but I barely even notice them.

These are super stretchy, so they can work for a large range of shoe sizes. Although they are low on the heel, the straps across the top help keep them from sliding down my heel and off my foot. The straps across the top are also quite stretchy. They are secure against the skin, but not tight enough to hurt or leave marks.

The grips on the soles keep me from sliding all over the place, which is great for my hardwood floors. Even with a yoga mat, I frequently end up with my feet on the bare floor and I've almost killed myself falling before. Even though these give you a great grip on the floor, they don't hinder movement in any way. I can move my feet without sticking to the floor with each step.

These are great for yoga or any other occasion where you need some extra traction on a smooth floor. I actually just left them on afterwards and wore them around my kitchen while cooking since I tend to get water on the floor which creates slick spots. I'll probably get a few more pairs of these so I have extras that I can wear whenever I need them.

Nice sock for barre class. Thin enough to wear under boots or clogs to go to class. Fits well enough and bottom is nonslip but they did slip off a couple of times with more rigorous movement. I wish the top was more elasticized around the foot.

I will start off by saying these socks are very comfortable to wear and I plan to use them as regular around-the-house socks, because I like the non-slip sole and they feel tight on my feet. However, as socks for yoga they do not work for some positions.

The non-slip sole is very comfortable under my feet and I don't feel the little rubber nubs which is nice because I've had non-slip socks before that were almost painful to wear on hard surfaces. The rubber nubs cling to my yoga mat well too, but the socks, while tight-fitting, were still too stretchy to do certain poses like downward dog. When I push up into downward dog, the socks slide forward and there is about an inch or inch and a half of floppy sock hanging off the front of my foot. Because of the stretching, one time when I came out of this position, the sock slip off my heel entirely. This is incredibly distracting and takes me out of my focus when I'm doing my yoga. I would rather go barefoot than to wear these during yoga.

I do not do Pilates so I don't know if these would be better fitted for that type of practice, but for some yoga positions, these simply do not work.

I really like the socks as just plain ol' socks though, so I'm definitely not getting rid of them, but they don't work for what I bought them for.

These yoga slippers are perfect for people like me who don’t like to wear shoes while doing yoga! While barefoot I tend to slide around the floor, making many yoga moves more challenging to properly maintain. The non-slip traction on the bottom of these slippers mean I have the flexibility of being barefoot, but the traction of a shoe!

Inversion Studios yoga socks are not only practical, but also cute and comfortable. The non-slip traction on the bottom of these socks works amazingly well! I tried to slide on my hardwood floor and couldn’t! These are useful for so much more than yoga! In fact, the first thing I said when I tried these socks on is my Grandma would LOVE these! She’s always worried about slipping, but with these socks on that would be hard to do!

I like how they have a strap across the top of my foot to help hold them in place. I wear a size 9 ½ shoe and they fit well. I don’t think they would fit much bigger than 9 ½ - 10. I received these slippers at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I highly recommend these yoga socks!

These Yoga and Pilates socks are amazingly comfortable!
They arrived on time and in perfect condition.
They come in a nice little box and are suitable for gifting.

Fit:
These Yoga and Pilate socks actually fit me well!
I was anticipating the opposite, I have very tint feet, size 3 in kids shoes.
So I was surprised when they fit, they have a lot of stretch to them.

Comfort:
These are SO comfortable.
They are a soft material and breathable.
They are lightweight and feel great on!

Purposeful:
These socks stayed put while I stretched.
The elastic keeps them in place nicely.
The grips on the bottom keep me from sliding around.

Overall these socks are well made and very easy to wear!

I have just gotten into this Yoga thing and I am really enjoying it . I bought these slippers because I have hard wood floors and my feet kept hurting.so I tried wearing socks. Wearing socks was fine while on my mat most of the time but still I kept slipping and sliding around. then a friend on mine told me about slipper socks with the non-stick stuff on the bottoms. Those worked real well but 1/2 way through the work out my feet got really hot because the sock itself was thick like slippers. Then I found these baby's!!!!YEAH Inversion Studios Yoga & Pilates Socks - Non Slip Comfort with Full Grip Bottom got it right. These socks almost feel like light shoes on your feel with the design. they look small coming out of the box but the fit just fine on my size 8 feet. Just like with the slipper sock I did not slip on my mat or the wood floors, Yeah again. Getting used to some of the yoga positions while trying to keep from slipping is not easy and these socks have made my work outs much easier.. If I had one complaint it would be that the sock material is a tad bit thin. I worry that these sock will have to be replaced often from wearing holes into the bottoms, and for $13.25 that could get costly.
