Nice supple leather bag with RFID protection. The few flaws I find with it are minor, but nonetheless bother me somewhat. The main compartment should have double zipper pulls with padlock holes. In order to lock the main compartment with a padlock you'll have to lock the zipper pull to the shoulder strap loop, and that is only possible if you're not utilizing the shoulder strap.
The shoulder strap loops are fastened to the bag via canvas material, not leather. There's also an accessory compartment in the front that opens from the left bottom of the bag to the right bottom. This is very sloppy, because in order to add more items to what you already have inside you will have to unzip it all the way and the items already in the compartment will fall out or be exposed if you're in public. The zipper should go from the left top of the bag to the right top, or have double zipper pulls so you can open it just across the top if you so desire. to maintain security and cargo retention when adding or removing items.
No reinforced floor pads on bottom of bag...do not drop or put down hard. Nice bag. but falls short to my sturdy Targus black leather bag I purchased in 2005 for $29.00 (see photos). The Samsonite Expandable Leather Briefcase sold here on Amazon has the double zipper pulls on the front accessory compartment like my Targus bag, but it's sold for a hefty $99.99.Can't tell from the pictures if it has double zipper pulls on the main compartment.
