The CNC machine works excellent.
The CNC Router is a well made unit and I could find no issues with either construction quality or operation.Many of the items I'd researched on the web made me think that this would be a huge generator of sawdust and extremely loud - like every other machine of it's ilk. However, this machine really isn't that loud, I set it to running in a closed garage and could barely hear it inside the house at all.
Well worth the money, I'm happy so far.

Update:
Finally after 3 months I got enough time to actually cut something. The setting that they suggested was totally wrong.
They said 400 pulse per mm which is wrong.
Their stepper is 200pulse a rotation and they do 8 micro steppings. So 1600 step per turn. Then the pully is 5mm forward per turn. So to go 1mm you need 320 not 400. With 400 if you feed 1cm and measure it with a caliper it would be 12.47mm instead of 10!!!!! So use 320.

Also there are so many unused pins or they have not included the info (I should search them myself like the z home in the original post). For instance, I really wanted to have the control of the spindle dir (dir is more inportant than on/off to me).
Also the pump was not working so I opened it and fixed it (there was so much dirty stuff in it, I don't know why they sent me a used pump which was probably pumping toilet water or sth).

Anyways DO NOT BUY. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND PAIN.

Original: I got the 6040 one which is the 800W version. I even got their new controller. But it still comes with a parallel port. Their documatation does not even cover their new controller and they do not match.

Anyways, I got a UC100 converter to be able to use a usb port. It worked. But the weird demo/cracked version of mach 3 they send you is useless and outdated. You need to download (and later buy) a new mach3 to be able to use the UC100.

So consider $110 + $200 in addition to the orice to get a UC100 and mach3.

Also, they have not mentioned it in their documents but their new Z home pin is pin 15.

Can you use a USB with this?
NO you can't. Bought a brand new all in one computer and after I purchased was told to buy a new desktop. Although one of the answers on this page clearly states it can be used with laptops or USB.
Does not come with clear instructions at all. I suppose I am just supposed to guess how to work the machine???
Comes with a cute pretend Mach3 software. Yep that's not included. Toss out a hundred and a half bucks there.
Doesn't come with any software to write words. Literally the easiest thing I wanted it to do. There's another hundred seventy five bucks.
For the amount of money I am paying I expect a step by step manuel, to plug it in and it works. Or at least TELL ME WHAT I'm supposed to do. The paper that it comes with literally just tells you how to update your settings on the pretend Mach3 software. That's it. That's all. Like, not to actually set it up and use it? Wouldn't that be useful?? I don't just come out of my mother's womb just happening to know exactly how to use this product. Some instruction for all this money I'm throwing out (which I worked my butt off for) paying for yet a new computer, all this extra software. Holy crap. I need a drink now.

I have owned this machine for about one month and could not be happier with it.
The most positive things I can say about this machine is that it is built like a tank! Very sturdy and I could find no flex in the gantry or anywhere. It carved images very well and the spindle is surprisingly quiet, I could listen to the radio in my shop while it was carving. After assembling this unit, I am also impressed by it's design, and the tolerances of everything, even the plastic.
I will come to this CNCShop again.

The cnc machine works excellent, it is awesome!
I looked into several other brands in this approximate price range but it is the cheapest one. Before buying, I hesitated for a long time, after use, have to say this is a great machine. It is build to last with good quality, it takes time for each carving and with experience you will reduce that time, but the results can be outstanding.
I am satisfied with this CNC machine!

the CNC arrived promptly. I was concern when I read reviews about the driver problems. I managed to get the software installed and it all works fine.I have tried cutting MDF and it works well used with fusion360 to design the parts and generate the G code.I not tried cutting aluminium yet.

The machine was well packed, as solid as can be expected at this price and most importantly it worked first time. Included were some bits (a flat engraver and a double flute cutter). It have been nice to have a ball cutter.
