Great concept, but this item is too small for a big dog collar. There is just not enough clearance for a large D-ring. The collars pictured are 26" (brown leather) and L/XL 22-30" (red) and you an clearly see the closing clasp cannot clear the D-ring. Had to return (and pay the postage) and order a completely different product. No fault in the product itself; just the wrong size for my needs.

These are ok but too small to clip to the ring on a large breed collar. Also, they are sold at Home Depot in colors for about the same price.
