    Very nice black presentation box and what it contains
    is very nice as well.

    The exterior/interior on the boxes is made of good quality black
    paperboard, except for the lid interior which is a medium blue.
    The actual presentation board that holds the necklace and
    ear rings is a black felt type quality and is very similar to a velvet texture.

    Just be aware that when you open the presentation box
    the ear rings are in a small separate baggie to keep them
    from being damaged during shipping.
    Just remove them from the bag and install them into the
    flaps with the ear ring holes, obviously.

    The necklace is already in place on the stiff black felt material
    that is actually attached to about 1/2" foam (guessing) with a stiff
    back attached to the foam and another section of regular foam
    that is cushioning the clasp on the necklace and protecting the
    plating from rubbing on the box.

    The outside diameter measurements of the actual earring settings is
    7/16" and the stone diameter is 3/16". Post is approximately 7/16" long.
    These are not exact, but as close as I could get using a ruler.

    The chain for the necklace seems pretty delicate, so it should be
    used/given with that in mind and measured 18" including clasp.

    The necklace and ear rings seem to have a quality finish
    and the stones are cut well with very good color.
    These are a great combination of beautiful quality
    and a good bargain for the money.
    I would be proud to wear these anywhere and these
    are perfect for Valentine's Day, which is coming up,
    birthday, anniversary or any other special occasion.

    This is probably the best jewelry set form amazon I've ever reviewed. Certainly the most impressive when arrived. The style is timeless. The weight and size are perfect, not to light not to heavy. And everything just plain looks good. Nothing looks cheap or tacky. The earrings are much more impressive than the picture would lead you to believe. Looking at the picture vs an earring in my hand its hard to explain exactly what the difference but I think in person your eye gravitates to the sparkly sapphire in the middle, perceiving the clear stones around the outside as somehow smaller and not at all distracting from the blue sapphire. Whereas in the picture the earrings look much busier and on my monitor at least, the white looking outside stones distract and with the white background take away from the middle piece. So long story short its much prettier in person. The necklace while bigger than the earrings is very delicate/smallish for a necklace making it a little harder to pull off on it own, but perfect as an understated part of the set. It becomes more of a surprise when someone notices you're wearing a set as opposed to an in your face look how matchy match I am!

    This set is a steal for this price. The rhodium plated silver looks fantastic and really enhances the classiness of whole deal. At most mall jewelers I think you'd pay closer to $100 for this set and still feel like you came out ahead in the deal. Amazon has a tougher time selling jewelry because you can't see it in person with the special jewelry store "glitter" lighting but this is one set that truly shines and will impress anyone who gets it as a gift, including yourself. (My earrings came in a ziplock bag in the box to keep them safe, so I opened it up and took them out before presentation--just something to keep in mind.)

    I am impressed by the quality of this "created" blue and white sapphire set. I was afraid that the earrings might prove to be heavy and hang wrong on the lobe but they are quite light weight for their size and hang beautifully. The pendant is a bit larger than the earrings, but is just as beautiful. It is lightweight as well and rests easily on the sterling chain. The chain is a delicate rope chain that enhances the effect of high quality. The double halo design of the two rows of white sapphires is a beautiful complement to the generously sized blue stones.The blue of these created sapphires is a bright clear blue that would be worth a fortune in gemstones found in the natural world.

    Craftsmanship is very high quality and everything is very well balanced. Worn together they make an impressive statement. Worn separately, they do a great job dressing up an outfit without costing an insane amount of money. The sterling silver settings are plated in rhodium, which is actually an enhancement to the silver as it helps to keep it from tarnishing and lends a bright "white" effect to the metal. It is also true that rhodium is worth quite a bit more than sterling silver. I own several Amazon Curated sterling silver pieces and have found them all to be very high quality with great craftsmanship.

    This is a pretty, matched set, sized appropriately for lighter-framed women and teens. The chain is very light. This is something of a pattern with the Amazon Curated Collection jewelry. It would be nice to see some pieces sized for average sized and more mature women. Investing in a few chains of different weights, however, will improve many of the pendants in this collection.

    Most of my reviews of pieces in this collection have been five stars. I rate this set down a star because I find the stones to be quite dark. Unfortunately, the detail in the settings doesn't really pop either. The combination results in sort of looking for more than is actually there. I.e., the effect is slightly disappointing (and I would emphasize "slightly").

    Best used where the settings and stones will pop a bit more. Bright lights (stage?), prom pictures, outdoors (thinking something like an afternoon wedding here).

    This set – in the right circumstances – will definitely add a pretty, coordinated effect when something more dressy is called for. Do put the pendant on a heavier chain unless you are a teen, however.
