This 4-inch Fan from Niceshop is excellent for me to use on my desk during the hot Southern California summer month (or sooner). It's amazing how much air it provides for being such a small fan. It has three different speed settings, low, medium, and high. I can use the lithium battery it came with for portability or I can use it with my desktop PC's USB. I recommend this excellent fan, especially if your office or room gets very hot like mine does during warm weather. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I live in the Arizona Sonoran Desert, where, in 3 months, I will be able to step outside into triple digit temps that usually average out to be around 110, or I can hang out in my house where my thermostat is usually set between 80 and 84, depending on the humidity . If it's set at 84 it means I'm sitting somewhere with a fan, or two, blowing on me.
This fan is excellent. It can be carried around with me, it can be used outside (before it gets too hot), even better, it can be taken camping to keep the air, in the tent, moving. Being able to charge the fan using a USB cord with an adapter, or with a power bank, makes it easy to use this fan away from home.
The variable speeds are labeled backward of what we usually label them in the United States, with speed 1 being the highest, and speed 3 being the lowest. when it is turned on, it starts at speed 3. I was stunned at how much air circulation this tiny fan can elicit. Speed three is usually plenty for me, but as it gets warmer, I may find myself wanting to use speed 3 more often. I recommend this product.
