It definitely blocks the wind. I wear this over a couple of layers when it's pretty chilly outside.

Arms are long enough for me, and it fits well. It's nylon, so you can't wear it snug. Expect a little wind drag.

It has a pocket on the back with double-sided zippers, and elastic straps. It folds up into itself, and you can strap it to your bike.

The problem I have with this is that it does not breathe at all. No matter how cold it is, I sweat inside of this, and it condenses. No vents, perforations, etc. It's very close to wearing a plastic bag.

Canari Cyclewear jacket is a simply designed, high visibility, highly functional jacket.

Fit - it's a bit loose, but that's by designed. You won't be wearing this for your triathlon or other major bike races for sure. but for urban riding, this is perfect.

Portability - very very light weight. you can also pack the jacket into a horizontal pocket on the back and make it very transportable in a backpack to carry along for the ride.

Color - I bought jacket for use in the evening / at night when having a bright color is exactly what I need to keep myself safe.

Length - As with many cycling jackets, the length is as expected in the front, and a bit longer in the back so that when you are bent over while riding, the jacket covers your entire back and doesn't slip upwards.

Suggestions
1. Add reflective material to the back and sleeves of the jacket so that jackets can be even more visible when cars or other cyclists are approaching.
2. Add cycling pockets at the back - maybe these pockets can be made out of the reflective material, which makes 2 improvements in one go.
3. Provide some sort of ventilation option, maybe zipper around the armpit area.

Great for visibility when cycling. Excellent safety jacket for urban cycling.
Foul weather, not so much. It's just an uncoated nylon shell, decent wind shell when zipped up.
Very compressible, weighs nothing.
Cheap.
Unfortunately the zipper is easily caught on the jackets fabric.

I tried this jacket out during a day where the weather was right around 50 degrees. I was wearing bibs, a jersey, and this. Now, before I get into the cons let me say the positives:
1)The price is great! Seriously, shop elsewhere or bigger name brand jackets and you'll easily be spending $70 if not $100 plus for a lightweight wind protection barrier.
2)It is lightweight and manageable enough to fold up to fit in a jersey pocket if needed.
3)It blocks wind very well.
4)Colors are very bright which allows you to stay visible to drivers.

Now the cons:
1)Like some others have said, this jacket just doesn't breath. I was having to regulate the zipper, along with my jersey zipper, way too much just to release body heat that was being trapped in the jacket itself. Yes it blocks wind which keeps you warm in cold conditions but if the jacket doesn't breath, you're going to burn up in no time. I was pretty warm after only about 10 minutes into my ride and I was cold before setting out.
2)The zipper does get caught pretty easily. I only used it the one time and it constantly snagged on the material.
3)I don't like the cords that are in the back pocket. Personal preference perhaps but I think it causes problems when you put things in your back pocket and those are in the way.

Overall, if you're just wanting something at a good price point that's not going to break the bank and you're also just a casual rider or new to the sport, it should be fine. I just have used other brands that yes may cost more but overall better fit what I'm used too. But again, for the price, I think it's not a bad buy. For what it's worth though, I did return this jacket to go with a different one just because this didn't satisfy my needs enough. Breathability is a huge factor for me and it was enough to return the item.

this is a great wind breaker !!!!! all the wind breakers are too small this one fits !! the green color is great for visibility , the waist is very tight but is stretching out and not so tight now, this is a windbreaker if you're riding in freezing rain wear a raincoat, it does not breath so riding up hill I sweat, I would rather sweat than freeze, flat and rolling hills it's perfect generates heat to keep you warm without sweating, I'm going to buy a couple more for the price you can't beat it, I almost didn't buy it because of the negative reviews (don't listen to them) I looked at wind breakers that cost $70 or $100 and the only difference is side pockets or zippers on the sleeves to make it into a vest, I am 5,9 and 200 lbs and a large is perfect, not baggy or tight

I found this jacket on Amazon for an unbelievable low price. This type of jacket would normally cost 2-3 times the price I paid. It is light weight, packs away into it's own back pocket, blocks wind, and helps keep me warm on cooler ride days. It does not breathe, so I have to leave it unzipped a bit to let some air in. I have several thermal jackets that advertise that they breathe but they don't breathe well either. Thiose jackets cost 4-5 times what this one did. Overall this is a great value.
