    Can't really review these insoles since I chose the wrong ones. The description on Amazon does not give much info on how to choose them. I have low arch feet, so I choose the low version, and they are way too flat, providing absolutely no arch support even for my feet.
    In fact the low version is for flat feet, while medium version is for low to medium arch feet, see "Tips and Sizing for Icebug Insoles" at http://us-shop.icebug.com/pages/tips-and-sizing-for-icebug-insoles (notably the "Other considerations" section of it).

    I teach school and I'm on my feet all day. I have high arches, and they hurt so bad I could no longer walk. I went to a podiatrist and he made me a pair of those expensive orthotics, but they just didn't quite heal my foot pain. I finally tried these and hallelujah! No more foot pain and no more expensive orthotics! These are the best!

    Used the slim low arch on my Shimano XC90 cycling shoes. Shoes were already molded to my feet, but I needed slightly more room in the toe box. At 2mm thick, these insoles were half the thickness of my original Shimano customizable insole, so it worked for me. I also have very flat feet and the low arch fits perfectly. Note that these insoles do have a metatarsal button, but It didn't bother me as I got used to it rather quickly.
