I gave it four out of five stars because the mouthpiece is great. It fits comfortably. It doesn't feel like I have to constantly clinch my jaw to hold it in place like the el cheapo mouthpieces that my coaches used to give me. There's a small ledge on the bottom of it that comes down and rests on my lower teeth keeping it in place with minimal to no jaw clinch. That ledge has a large hole in it contributing to how easy it is to breath out of it which is another advantage over the el cheapo mouthpiece. Between football and martial arts, I've used a lot of mouthguards and I have to say those are two features that set this one above the rest.

It lost a star because it says it comes with a case but it's not worth it. It's made from a cheap molded plastic and it won't close. It worked well for packaging the mouth guard for shipping but if you plan on using a case to hold the mouth guard in your gym bag then you will want to look at another option.

This mouthguard by Gladiour is absolutely wonderful! It even comes with its own carry case. Which is a little different, because most of them do not come with one. Getting a custom fit was simple with the boiling water method. Because of the custom fit, it is extremely comfortable to wear. It also has air vent holes to ensure airflow.

I was thrilled when I was offered a discount on this mouthguard in exchange for my honest review of it, because we were planning on going to the sports store this weekend to buy a new mouthguard. My husband plays ice hockey and his mouthguard actually cracked in half during last week's game. During last night's hockey game, It stayed firmly in place, did not irritate his gums or cheeks, and provided adequate protection. There was not any strange odors or tastes to it.

We are definitely going to buy a few more for our children, and a backup for my husband! I HIGHLY recommend this mouthguard!

I've been using 5 different mouth guard. this one is very close to brain pad that i used to had. quality is really good considering my experience.

This one has definitely one of top quality. however, it is slightly smaller than others (which is perfect for me).

The best part of this mouth guard is it has holes on surface and front (for breathing).

Especially someone who never used mouth guard has a front hole, I strongly recommend to get this one.

It would make so much easier to breath through this hole while you are working out.

if you don't like too big mouth guard, this would be the best mouth guard.

i tried clear cheap one to brain pad.

I think this is the best one that i tried so far.

breath = brain pad > gladiour

shockproof = braind pad = gladiour

comfortable = gladiour > brain pad

A $20 mouth guard with a 5 star review, comes with a case that is too small and doesn't close with the mouth guard inside.
3 stars since I have to buy an additional case separately.

**Edit: just kidding, it fits after molding it. Reviewer fault.

I'll update the review as a I use it, just be careful not to bite down too hard when molding it or you'll close the air passages.

Great fitting mouth gaurd. Im always looking for more mouth gaurds for my son since he plays football. I can never have enough. But he loves this one. Love the way it fits in his mouth. I got this product at a discount for leaving an honest review.

I got this mouth guard for my husband to use to protect himself during his jujitsu classes. His old mouth guard has seen
better days. It is definitely time to try out a new one. It took a couple of attempts for him to get it molded properly
to his teeth. That wasn't really because of the mouth guard but more due to the crazy structure of his mouth and teeth.
The instructions were very clear and easy to follow which I liked. If you mess up the first molding you can just repeat
it as necessary until you get the perfect fit. Once he got a good fit he now loves this thing. He says it is very
comfortable and seems to be good quality. He says it is actually easier to breathe with this one in his mouth than his
old one. I think this one will last awhile and will offer a great deal of protection to his mouth while being
comfortable too. The only problem that he had with this was actually the case it came with. It was nice that it
included a case for storage and travel. Unfortunately it doesn't close. So it doesn't really work and he will need to
get a different case to carry and store it in I suppose. I received this product at a discount to try in return for my
honest and unbiased review.
