I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I just can't get my brain to shut down. It only became worse after I became a parent. I need sleep the most now and I just can't get it. I'm not a fan of taking prescriptions or even the OTC sleep aids. They leave me feeling groggy in the morning and I'm always worried I won't be able to hear my kids if they need me.

I liked trying this herbal option. The pill was chewable and not bad tasting. You take one fifteen minutes before bed. I was out within fifteen/twenty minutes and I stayed asleep for the whole night. I didn't have any morning grogginess so I call that a win. It's a great option if you have trouble sleeping.

This sleep aid is like a miracle to me. I had been taking regular sleeping pills, but they somehow made me drowsy yet still unable to fall asleep. And when I did, I could easily wake up at 3am and toss and turn until it was time to wake up. If I didn't take anything I would find myself still awake at 2am, remembering the time I embarrassed myself in elementary school. With this sleep blend, though, I find myself falling asleep faster and staying asleep through the night. And the best part is that it feels so natural! I don't get grumpy and groggy, I just get sleepy about half an hour after I take it. I wake up feeling truly rested. I was a little thrown off because the product arrived in a different looking bottle from what is shown upon ordering. So, don't be surprised if the product shows up not looking like the one shown. (see my photos to see what my bottle looked like) I have some crazy sleeping problems. I suffer from chronic fatigue, but often times at bed time, I have a hard time going to sleep. I thought that this product might be helpful for me and keep me on a better sleeping schedule. I have taken it for the last three nights, and I have to say, I am pretty impressed. It made me sleepy, but not as "drugged" feeling as when I take an actual sleeping pill, or like an Advil PM. I go to bed feeling relaxed, I sleep through the night very well, and (the most important factor to me) I wake up feeling well rested! I almost never wake up feeling well rested, so this was really impressive for me. I like that the product is 100% natural, because I don't like putting bad things in my body. I was also glad to see it is made in the USA, I am sometimes uncomfortable taking products from other countries. Also, these are not pills, but are chewables! They have a nice taste and are easy to chew and swallow. So, overall I am very pleased with this product! 5 stars! :)

The folks at EASY SLEEP weren't lying when they said the first tablet you take of
these will knock you out! I took my first one last night and was out like a light. I
slept like a baby & woke up feeling like a million dollars. I'm one of those people
who has a real hard time going to sleep, and staying asleep once I do go to sleep.

We tried Nuforma Naturals’ Lemon flavor and found the taste to be a bit tart but not overly unpleasant. The pill is about 5/8” in diameter and is chew-able. The packaging didn't clearly indicate how to take the tablet other than 15 minutes prior to sleeping. Although chew-able, my teenager and I preferred to let them melt in our mouths. If you chew the tablets, they feel a bit powdery but not as chalky as a Tums. Having not used such a product before, I was happy that I didn’t feel groggy in the morning. While this product is suggested for people 18 and up, I did try it on my ADHD 9 year old and noticed he did fall asleep more quickly.

UPDATE, August 23, 2015:
My family has now tried the Mixed Berry flavor. This flavor is less tart than the lemon, which most people would probably expect. The mixed berry flavor works just as well as the lemon mentioned above. Since first posting my review about the lemon flavor, I have spoken with our pediatrician about administering this product to my child. She reviewed the label and gave it her OK. It is nice to have a chew-able and tasty option to help my kiddo's brain calm down and prepare for sleep. One thing I did like better about the mixed berry than the lemon was the label. The lemon had a silver, shiny label that made it quite difficult to read. The Easy Sleep mixed berry product's label was a flat white and far easier on the eyes.
