Got this off of the Corsair pre order.
I have owned 2 Razer MMO mice and the Logitech one as well...I am comfortable in saying this mouse beats all of them hendily in overall quality and feel.
I was hesitant to give yup my Logitech mouse but thought that this may be worth the try since Corsair is a pretty highly rated company within the gamer community.
First impression.
I have large hands so this mouse fit me well,The 2 buttons (l/r click are comfortably placed and give a nice positive resistance before they "break" for the click.
The right side has a rubber grip pad that works as intended and is on a finger rest area to use your right "ring" finger to control the mouse.
The mouse glides effortlessly on what appear to be replaceable feet.
The slider buttons on the left side (1-12) are comfortable and lock into place with a provided Allen head screw bit.
The 1-12 buttons are very very very nice, click,(not the mushy feel you get wit hthe Logitech and the Razer non mechanical version) wide enough to get a good feel on them without being too wide, they are arranged with a semi curve , I like these WAY better than the Logitech and Razer set ups.
I expected I would as these are Mech buttons ...much more responsive.
The system to set up the mouse is easy and semi intuitive, a good thing as it comes "blank:" as far as I could tell and you HAVE to set it up before using the side keys.
(honestly 1-12 should have been a default...not forcing you to go through the set up to use the feature)
Color set up is divided into "zones" on the mouse...meaning each light location can be set to different colors and pulses for a completely custom color set up.Read more ›

This mouse is like a dream come true, so far.....
I have read a few reviews of people reporting issues they have with this mouse, but I have not experienced any.
The DPI is 12k, but I am not sure if it's true 12k, I have read otherwise but this is not verified... To play it safe I would use 6k and lower the cursor speed so it feels more like 2k if you want to go that route.
No glitching at all, and the lights work flawlessly.
Now for the buttons, the 12 buttons on the side feel very nice, clickly and easy to tell apart, I had absolutely no problem getting used to them.
The layout is nice, and although I do have large hands, I find myself setting the side buttons back almost as far as they can go...likely because I am coming from using the Razer Naga Epic which is a slightly smaller, lighter mouse.
Braided cable and USB connector are of great quality, what you would expect from Corsair and I can say that I never used the Naga Epic as a wireless device, so there is no change there for me.
The mouse is slightly on the heavy side, which did take some getting used to, especially when I am playing FPS.. However, You can rais the cursor speed slightly higher than you're used to, which could help a bit.
The surface material is very nice.. Soft and a bit rubbery... its a good rubbery, not a sticky one. If you have any of Corsairs keyboards, it's very similar (if not the same) as the top material they use on their wrist rests.
as mentioned earlier, The tactile feedback is very nice on the buttons as well as the surface material and the size variation. I find that I make fewer mistakes than I did with the Razer Naga, even though I had been using those mice for years.
