Didn't like Windows 10 and still don't and this is the only reason for not giving it 5 stars. A lot of software will not work from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

The laptop is really light weight. It's very nice for the price. It has a 30 day McAfee trial in which I continued McAfee. I use the laptop daily.

Just keep in mind there are big differences between 7 & 10 and it takes getting used to.

Update: 5 months out and it works well and I'm used to Windows 10 but still don't like it compared to Windows 7.

If using McAffe or other programs, you can control when these download updates and I encourage you to let these and all programs notify you of new updates before downloading them.

I also suggest before you shut down Windows, make sure it's not automatically downloading updates because it doesn't warn you when shutting down that it's downloading and/or installing updates every time, which is stupid. The not being able to control how, when and what updates are installed on Windows 10 REALLY chaps my hide!

After 6 years with my Dell it was time to upgrade to a newer better laptop for my new job. So far this laptop is AMAZING and has everything I need. Its great for the work I do as well. Highly recommend this!!

I really do love this laptop. The screen size is exactly how large I wanted it, and the body is very slim. I even love the keyboard, because the button are raised up slightly higher than most modern notebooks. The only issue I have is Windows 10. Despite this being a very new Laptop, I find the system crashing like my older PC that I upgraded to W10. I have never had so many crashes with any other windows update. Overall, I would say for the price, this Laptop excels. But research ways to configure W10 properly to avoid crashes.
