The product itself left a little to be desired. The laptop tray lacked a separate swivel to correct for play in the bushing caused by torque placed on the arm by the weight of the laptop. The result was that I couldn't get the laptop to sit level no matter what I tried. This was a deal breaker for me.

I added a star though for good customer support. They tried to help me out and processed the return promptly when our attempts to resolve failed.
