My CLAMCASE 4 months old...and does not work?? Lights are on but no one home and one of the volume adjustment buttons fell out rendering adjustment when in case impossible. Never dropped, smashed or abused in any way? I have called and left messages (because you can't get a live person), I have emailed support 5 times and still no reply. I researched and thought I purchased the best one but I was wrong. It was relatively the most expensive but I do not mind paying for quality. I have 2 iPads and the other one I bought a ZAGG .... no problems and the keys are backlit. Be warned...

for the price, it is not worth it, while it does its job well- until its first drop, you will be fine with it. it is completely useless after one drop, your ipad is damaged too
