This Natural Shoe and Foot spray DOES take the odor out! I was about to send it back when I first sprayed it. As soon as I smelled the cloves, that did it for me. In my mind, I was at the Post Office sending the bottle back. I hate cloves but the next day, after the smell died down, it wasn't so bad; and the odor was definitely GONE. I would rather have my old shoe and foot spray back but this one will do in the meantime.

This spray really kills the odor! However if you have a serious foot odor issue I would advise spraying some on your feet before wearing the shoes. This method really works! I shower twice a day and do not have any foot condtion, just the bad luck of having stinky feet. I can now go shoe shopping with my friends without embarrassment.

Our house is a twofer for foot odor. Both my husband and I engage in a daily battle against our outrageously stinky foot apparel. We have tried everything including a shoe stand that emitted ultra violet rays into our footwear, medicated powders, foot creams and sprays, all to no avail. Even with socks, the odor prevailed. We've both thrown away nearly new shoes because the odor could not be eliminated. Lumi has changed it all around. I waited to write this review to see how it would perform over time. Brilliant! Now I can even wear shoes without socks and be odor free. My husband's work boots can sit near the door instead of outside it. I am all about aux-natural products, so when I saw this natural foot deodorizer I knew I had to try it out. I'm gonna start this review by being pretty honest: I have smelly feet. In fact, I struggle pretty seriously with foot odor. I exercise often, but when my feet sweat- my socks, shoes, and feet smell awful afterwards. My boyfriend has moved my shoes outside to 'air out' multiple times after I've finished exercising, because the smell of my feet was actually stinking up the house (eek). I usually use baking soda, which works fairly well, but isn't as efficient as many professional shoe deodorizers. I didn't like the idea of using chemical ones, so I just opted to try nothing else at all. That is- until I found Lumi's deodorizer.

This deodorizer is made with all natural ingredients, which means that it doesn't have that strong 'chemical-y' smell that many other deodorizers have. The scent is actually very subtle, not overwhelming, and kind of earthy. I definitely get a minty scent from it, which is really refreshing and nice.

BUT- the real question you're all dying to hear answered is: Does it work? The answer is yes. I spray this spray directly into my shoes when they start to stink. It doesn't react instantly, but within a few minutes the smell of my stinky feet is gone, and all that's left is a very subtle earthy smell instead. It's a very fresh scent and it does a great job of not only masking the smell of sweaty feet, but eliminating the smell altogether. Even days after using the spray, my shoes still don't stink. With other deodorizers I've noticed that the smell returns after a couple days. This one eliminates the smell completely.

I only have one issue with this spray- and it's that it's a liquid.Read more ›
