Received this earlier today and so far I love it. I have a screen protector on my iPod and this case brings a screen protector built in. I put it on and there's no bubbles in between both protectors and I like that. I also like how it has a cover for the charging and earbud so no debris can go in there.

I purchased this for my new iPod to help provide some protection against scratches and short distance falls. For that, I think this will work fine. However, the belt clip attachment is already broken after less than 2-weeks. I banged into a box today, and it snapped (see picture). The iPod fell to the ground, but was not damaged - there's the sliver lining! I am disappointed that it has already broken, but, didn't purchase the case for the belt clip, so I can live with that.
The package arrived on time and in good condition. Assembly is fairly straight forward: 1) separate two pieces, 2) place iPod in base, 3) snap screen cover back in place. It does take a little bit of manipulation to separate the two pieces, but once it gets started, it comes apart fairly easily. A few notes, though. First, the opening for the auxiliary cord plug in is small, so some cords will not fit. Second, the cover for the lightning cable plug in does not shut after the cable is removed (for mine, at least). Third, I noticed scratches on the screen protector after only a couple of days, so I recommend a screen protector for the cases screen protector. Fourth, there are rainbow lines on the screen protector that are visible in brighter light.
Overall, it is not a terrible product if you are looking for a solid case for your iPod. In summary: It is made out of hard plastic and rubber, and comes from China. The screen protector is not replaceable, and it is NOT waterproof. It has nice padded rubber corner pieces and all of the buttons work. The rear camera, microphone, and light are all free of any obstructions and because of the thickness of the case, should not get scratched.

I really like this case, it protects my iPod touch perfectly and having the belt clip double as a stand really comes in handy. I definitely recommend this product Update: After just a couple months of use the belt clip broke. After inspecting the belt clip I found that it's held together with two thin plastic locking clips to which one side of the clip broke off. Now this anchoring point on the clip has a lot of pressure on it, Why would you make it out of plastic???? Knowing that it will fail. Plastic dry rots and gets brittle over time. If I could reduce my 5 Star rating to 1 I would. I don't recommend this product. There is a high risk of the product braking and you losing you iPod.
