CAP's Black Cast Iron Hex Dumbbells can be used for both the upper body and lower body to strengthen all muscle groups. The hexagon shape of these dumbbells are designed to prevent the dumbbells from rolling, as well as provide easier storage. Each dumbbell is made of solid cast iron and stylishly coated with black enamel with silver weight markers.

Bought for 77 cents per pound (10's-50's) day after Christmas. That being said I'm very happy with the purchase. 2 40's and a 35 delivered today. Only flaw found is on the corner of the 40 where some of the coating was unfinished or scraped off. Very minor. Will update if others are vastly different from what I have already. Photos do them more justice than I can.
Update: 1/19
Weighed all pairs on a common bathroom digital scale to see if they differed in weight from each other and 8 of 9 were spot on. 35's were 34.4lbs & 35.2lbs. Not bad at all... I do want to mention the 45's and 50's arrived with minor damage. The 45 pictured was likely dropped on its edge and chipped the coating. 50lb on carpet looked like it may have been dragged with metal scraped off a bit.
Still, all things considered 5 out of 5!

Arrived exactly when it was supposed to be delivered! The box that it was in was a little shady but what can you expect to hold a 55lb weight and stay intact! Especially with the way they handle packages these days, I thought that my dumbbell was gonna arrive in much worser shape like a few people have mentioned but it only had 1 tiny scratch! So I'm happy with that! It's the top right corner of my little set of Dumbbells! Lol
