This is a nice price for the amount of quality spice in this package. Cardamom is a common indian spice for curries and such. I've noticed it being used more and more in recipes that I've found online. It's a great tea combo with tumeric Chloris-Organic Turmeric Powder, 7 oz too. It blends well with ginger or orange but really like I said becoming more common to find it in so many recipes. I should say be careful not to overdo it though. A little goes a long way and it's easy to overpower with it. A tip I've heard regarding cardamom is to keep it in the freezer so it stays freshest. Happily the Chloris spices all come in a resealable package. Amazon disclosure: I received this item at discount. l reviewed it with the same objectivity I apply to items purchased at full price. All words and any photos/video here reflect my own opinion and experience.

like the crushed/powdered cardamom a lot - great flavor we use it daily in tea so use-up one packet a month being organic is safe very happy with the product and recommend it to anyone without hesitation

This is an amazing smelling organic Cardamom powder. I love to add Cardiman with cinnamon and make my own spicy tea, that is great hot on a cold day. I prefer the powder over the pod as is much easier to use and infuses more flavor with less in my opinion.. Chloris-Organic Cardamom, 3.5 oz. I love using them in tea but they are used in all kinds of dishes from India and sauces and things.
This organic Cardamon powder has very distinctive floral to lemon notes that just make Chai spiced tea taste warm and lovely. Smell and Finger test reveals the light Cardiman flavor with distinctive lemon notes. It comes in a medium foil package that you cut the top off of above the zippered releasable top.

This is a bag of organic cardamom, ground into a powder. The bag is resealable and the spice is one with a unique flavor that will add flair to a variety of recipes. This comes from India. This bag is a good value and a great way to support organic agriculture. I was provided a free sample of this for my honest, unbiased review.
