My daughter got this for her 1st birthday. She had been showing interest in carrying around the Little People figures. The minute she say this, she instantly was attached to it. She loves the music that plays from the radio. It's adorable to see her bobbing her head up and down. The oven and fridge also have lights when you open their doors.

I love the fact that it folds up to save space and is easy to carry around the house. I'd say this is perfect for 1 year olds and older. My 4 year old is constantly playing with it too!

This house is absolutely adorable! It has so many functions and sounds. My two year old loves it and it's a perfect addition to her little people community. I also love the fact that it's portable so we can pick it up and take it with us when we go somewhere.

I bought this for my 1 year old. I was a little bit worried that it might be too early for her to understand the toyhouse. I m so glad that I worried for nothing. Even though she is not able to play "scenarios" right now. She is often busy carrying around the little people in her hands. The oven is her favorite feature. She loves to open and close it. She babies the toys, and tries to put them to sleep when we ask her to, "Put your baby to sleep" which is so adorable. The toy itself is sturdy and finished cleanly. All the stickers are already in place, and you can simply pull out the toy an play.
The fact that you can close it and put it away for the night is a huge plus, especially in small home like ours.

I bought the Jump and Play swing set, and the Fisher price all round car along with this. And my baby girl loves them as well. It would be a great addition, as the toy house comes with just three figures.

Older kids living next door also see to enjoy this set. I find them trying to enact little scenarios and teach my daughter "Stuff" around the home.

The only peeve I have is, there is no doorbell, and it was a feature I was so looking forward to. Overall, I am very happy with the toy, and I would recommend it to anyone having kids aged 1-4.

I bought this toy for $40 1 month back. The price has gone up since. You can still get it at $40 at Fisher Price.

I should have read the product details a little more closely—I thought there were a wide variety of things inside this house that made sounds and surprises. In actuality, only five household items on the left side of the home do—an alarm clock, toilet seat, refrigerator door, oven door and a radio. 50+ sounds come out of them, but many of the songs and phrases are tinny sounding and not very catchy or musical. Everything else in the house is non-removable except for three Little People and a table and chairs. When will Fisher-Price come up with some better accessory ideas than tables and chairs? We have other FP sets, but they too just include a table and chairs….we’ve got enough already.

That said, do our kids like this house? Yes, very much. Even our four year old grandson plays with it. Everything that makes up a home is inside, and that’s enough to spark their imaginations. This makes a great travel toy because the five removable pieces conveniently fit inside the home, and both sides securely close. The outside is attractively decorated with climbing plants, bricks and flower beds.

This is an ideal “first” doll house for ages one through three, but I’m not sure it has lasting appeal for anyone older than that. Most kids eventually want more hands-on accessories to play with other than a table and chairs. Our younger aged kids pretend play with this toy, but the main draw is the house itself and the non-removable furniture, not the five noise-making items. The only one that gets pressed with regularity is the alarm clock that flips people out of bed—they love sending Little People flying. Included is a video showing the five items that make sounds and music.

My 2 year old Granddaughter loves it. I bought this for her to play with at our house when she comes over to stay.
The part I thinks she likes the best is when she hits the alarm clock and the kids get kick out of the bed. She laughs! This was a wonderful toy for us to have at our house. It nice because it packs up so we can put it away when she is not here.

My 3 3/4 and 1 year old grand sons love it. Easy to put together: just insert and tighten two long screws found in the bag with the instructions. The house snaps shut when closed, perhaps a little too tightly, as when it's re-opened the 3 included little people tend to fall out, so it's not as good as the Fisher-Price house that my daughter had in the 1980s. On the other hand, this one has sounds, such as flushing when the lid on the toilet is closed.

We got this for our 4 year old son. He is really into playing with small figurines right now , so at thought he'd love this. We were right ; he is thrilled with it!
It has several interactive parts to it: the toilet flushes, the alarm clock flips the kids out of the bunk beds, the oven opens, and so on. Each action has several different phrases and /or sins with it. The sounds can be turned off completely, however there is no volume control. We think it is much quieter than other toys that make noise, so didn't really miss not being able to adjust the volume. The whole house closes up and packs together (you have to install the hinges) for storage.
