I got the tags in the large size. They are accurate and arrived quickly. The problem was that my huskies have thick buckle collars from Petsmart. The tag wouldn't slide on because the fabric is too thick. So I pondered the problem, and came up with attaching tags with industrial velcro. Still not satisfied it would stay, I had the brilliant idea of using a rope clamp to attach it to the collar. I am happy with the outcome. If someone is thinking about doing it this way, I used a 3/8 to 1/2" rope clamp to fold the tips around the ID tag. Also, It would fit better on a 1" collar to get a size medium ID tag, and it will clamp around that size better I bet.

I have ordered 2 now and they ship fast and are good quality. They fit the collars you expect them to. I do wish they were curved a little bit to fit the contour of the neck but it doesn't seem to bother him at all. AND NO JINGLING!!! They made a customer for life.

I like the no noise collar idea and chose this particular tag because of the variations in colors (instead of just silver from other retailers). I got the purple tag and it came with readable, white engraving that I am sure will last a long time. However, I did notice upon receiving the tag that the fabric collar that my dog currently wears won't allow me to slip something on it. Therefore, I will need to go out and buy a new collar that is more like a belt in design in order to use this tag. Following the sizing information from the company the tag is of accurate size for the collar I was intending on using it with. Overall a nice tag, good pricing, and the color adds some personalization. And especially happy that it doesn't make noise!!

I ordered pink, and the tag is a vibrant color. The engraving is well done and easy to read. The tag is thin, but the quality is good. Please note that it will only fit on a collar with a belt-like buckle, not one of the ones with a plastic clip-style buckle. (This would also work on any style collar if you are making your own and can thread it on prior to sewing the buckle on).

Be careful in size selection. Your pet's collar size should match the size of the opening on the tag (not the tag dimensions). I initially ordered the small size and found that the overall dimensions matched my pet's collar, but the opening was too small. I contacted customer service to suggest adding some additional info to the listing on Amazon, as I didn't understand the proper sizing when I ordered and thought others might also be confused. They were super responsive. We exchanged a few email messages back and forth the same day. They offered to refund my order (even though I had said in my initial message it was my own measuring mistake) and when I declined, they offered to make me the correct size at no charge. I am so pleased with the service I received that I decided to write a review.

I just bent mine slightly to fit better on the collar. if you try to bend yours to a curve be careful with the outside edges, they cant take very much pressure. turned out great and everything I wanted is on the tag. I picked this type of tag because I had been ordering the dangling kind for years and had to replace them several times. when they rub on the other tags (rabies and microchip info tags) it eventually rubs off the info on the ID tag. I don't see any way this one will ever have that issue. I am thrilled with it. My dog had the clip collar but I make my own collars so I just made her a new one and put this on. If you have a sewing machine it wouldn't be that hard (if you have enough extra space on your collar) to cut it and slide this on and then re-loop the clip end and stitch it back and forth.

I first got these for the dogs. Since they have adjustable nylon web collars I had to take the collars apart and sew the buckle back on (dental floss was perfect) which was doable for me. I had to bend the tags with my fingers because my dogs have round necks and flat tags forced the collar into awkwardness. I am not strong in the fingers but it was simple to do.

Another reviewer had attached one of these tags to the shoelaces of a dementia patient. I took it a step further. I now have small tags in color-coordinating colors on my best two pairs of shoes. One has my ID, the other shoe bears either a Bible verse or a quote by a revered holy man. Cheap and keen. Again, I had to bend the tags with my fingers so the laces could lay flat.

If the tags came pre-bent I would give them five stars. If the tags came in a slightly shorter size that fit my shoelaces better I would buy them for all my shoes and give them to family members.
