    I'm from Florida and had a business trip last week with a high around 6 degrees. So I have nothing for true cold like this. This coat kept me alive and warm and I have no complaints at all. With the hood I didn't even need a scarf. I was able to wear just a shirt underneath in this cold weather and didn't even need to layer. For the price it can't be beat.
