These pills are huge! I personally hate taking pills but these are super smooth so they go down easy. I will say that taking them before bed makes me feel much more relaxed and ready to go to sleep. I usually stay up with tons of thoughts racing thru my head. The recommended dose is three pills a day. Yikes that seems like allot. But if its going to help me, be less stressed out - Its worth it. I have suffered from anxiety for much of my life. I get stressed very easily and have a busy life. Stress has really been getting to me lately. This supplement has really helped me. The calming effect happens with in 45 minutes. You are relaxed and stress free.

I'm able to cope with daily issues now without feeling I'm having a breakdown. I have been able to fall asleep easier and definitely feel like I'm getting more rest.
