I have bought the sixteen pack of boxes several times. I have bought just the sixteen pack and I've found upon delivery that more than half the boxes are crushed or disfigured upon delivery each of the three orders I've placed. But this last time I bought these boxes, I bought 3 packs of them in one order and they came in immaculate shape, Not a single disfigured box in all 48 of them. Not sure if there is a direct correlation towards the amount you buy but this last time was pleasing

These were fine. a little thinner and less sturdy than I expected. the lids kind of sunk in and didnt hold their shape well. but these were some of the cheaper boxes I could find so I guess you get what you pay for.

I've ordered these boxes before and have been very pleased with their simplicity and quality. My last order I wasn't so pleased though. About half of the boxes were mangled and not suitable for use. Luckily I had enough extra for my latest need. I didn't have time to send them back for a replacement, so I had to work with what I got. The packaging of the product was not damaged, so they didn't appear to have damaged during packaging or shipping.

And they where exactly what I needed for some Holiday gifts. If I wanted to nit pick I would have liked a softer packing, but by cutting a slit in the material, the pens I am giving stay put. That would have been a half point deduction, if possible.
