very pleased and pleasantly surprised that I was so very pleased. Software has a kind of an old-fashioned look to its GUI, which incorrectly led me to be very concerned about its functionality. Then I discovered that the software itself is very up to date and highly functional. The software and its GUI, graphical user interface, do exactly what the software says it will do and actually the software is very up-to-date and very functional with Windows 10. Try and make sure you buy this most current version though. Certainly don't try and buy anything before version #14. Concluding, in short I actually am getting more out of this software that I expected to get when I bought it. You should know that I use it and rely on it almost every day. There's a slight learning curve. At first things didn't work quite as I expected, that's because I was expecting the functionality to actually be more complex and less intuitive that it turned out to be. In the case of the software the simplest most direct answer or solution is the correct one. I would recommend. The only reason I gave it four stars is the documentation is a little less clear than it should be, and the fact that I was deceived into trying the less obvious solutions first. A tutorial of some kind would be amazingly wonderful! :-)

Only drawback is that I would like it to sync with outlook. Otherwise, I've been using this product for 20 years, between work and home. Always loved it and it just gets better over time. Keep my Christmas card list in it as well as notes and to do lists but don't use the calendar because it does not sync to Outlook.

I began using this product years ago, and now that I have children, along with many other responsibilities, this software makes life that much easier. For someone who is not tech-savvy, Anytime is extremely easy to use, and does not require a high learning curve. Installation was cake. I love the iPhone syncing feature the most. I can see this software benefitting both personal and business needs. I've already recommended this to my sister and friend, and they too now use it.

Any Time Organizer is the most practical, straightforward organizer on the planet! Much better than Outlook or other organizers offered by Microsoft. You should get this program. It will help you keep your world and your contacts much better organized. Format is one of the most practical formats of any other organizing program and the product performs flawlessly.

REVISED - If you are a long time user of Individual Anytime Organizer as I am, you will be disappointed in this version if you use Monthly View or Weekly View. The vendor has changed the sort order so that Appointments are last in the list, and To Do Items are first. If I am having a busy day, I need to know appointment times first thing in the morning, not let the day go by because I forgot to scroll down on the list, to see appointments listed below To Do items. Purchasing this version as an upgrade to the Version 12 that I was currently running was a total waste of my money as I had to go back to my original version because of this. I contacted Technical Support and they informed me the sort order of Appointments and To Do items had been changed, and the user does not have the option to change the sort order. Given this, I rated this product with 1 star. Subsequently, the Technical Support Manager contacted me, provided a refund, answered some questions I had, and honestly listened to the issues I had with the current version. As a result, the company is working to address my concerns in the next version! So, for this specific version, because of my need to have appointments first, I give it 1 star, but Customer Service gets 5 stars, so I compromised with 3 stars. If the sort order is updated, I will give the next version 5 stars, and I also give 5 stars to version 12. If sort order for appointments doesn't matter to you, or you only use the daily planner, the rating is 5 stars.

Horrible customer service! Slow to respond. Did not solve any of the three issues I am having and just stopped helping! Bought specifically for ability to sync with my phone and cannot do it!! No returns on downloads! Out $40 for a non working system!
