This unit is about the size of a nickel and will fit just about anywhere. I purchased it for a headlight delay. I installed HID bulbs in my 99 Silverado and the HID kits will kick off and stay off during cranking due to low voltage. I had to turn the lights off and back on again numerous times to get the lights to come back on. After tolerating this a while, I researched a delay relay for the headlamp circuit and found this bad boy. It was a bit confusing to figure out the programming, fortunately there is a youtube video the manufacture made (www.bit.ly/timer17). Now with a 3 second delay on my headlamp circuit, the truck is started and the alternator is charging before the headlights even turn on. No more issues since! Plus, watch this video, there is numerous applications you can use this relay for!

The relay works great. My complaint is finding the information and the video for programming the relay was kind of a pain. To get the video to work or to find it I had to use 3rdbrakeflashers Facebook page. Programming a little tricky but not too bad.

I was looking for a 12vdc on delay relay when I ran across this product. Because I've never seen anything like it I was skeptical but decided to give it a shot anyway. Shipping was very quick. Programming via the instructions requires patience, but there is a YT video specific to each setup that makes programming a breeze. I used it as an on delay and it works exactly as expected. Before finding this relay I was expecting to use a mechanical on delay with a built in timer. Glad I found this, it saved me a ton of space. The black square is just a bit bigger than a dime. Great product!

Great product and very small, I installed it in a triger line for 2 automotive amplifiers to delay the turn on and prevent the loud pop i was getting when turning the system on. Works great after programming. Although i havn't had the vehicle on the road yet....not expecting any problems

Great little timer. I had trouble setting them not because they are hard to do it just I am not very good with elec things. The owner was kind enough to program them for me. I will use them in my swimming duck decoys. Great service and very great help. I will be buying them again soon. Also these are cheaper then the ones made for swimming decoys Thanks Again to Salva for all the great help. You are very good person you don't find that much more when you buy things. Great concept and execution. Useful, easy to use, robust and fun -- no, am not payed for it, just happen to love this little circuit having tried to do the same with other timer relays. I neither want to program for my small project, nor use an analogue circuit with limited options and a large footprint.
