You will receive the plate with sticker already applied. The sticker wraps around the back for extra hold and is waterproof so it can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The sticker is on a commercial nylon plate that is 3/8" larger than standard plates. White screws are included. The back of the plate measures 3.13 inches wide and 4.9 inches tall.
