I'm not what you'd call a germ-o-phobe. That said, I do think it's important to wash one's hands a lot (we touch a lot of stuff from the minute we wake up to the minute we go to sleep). And, I don't believe in overuse of antibacterials, which can possibly cause our built up immunities to decrease - some germs are actually helpful (I can't help but remember George Carlin talking about how he never got sick as a kid because he and his friends swam in the Hudson River and therefore had immunities to every pollutant possible). There is some concern in the medical community, my doctor has told me, that using antibacterials excessively might compromise us in the long run.

But, I do like having antibacterials on hand to use in cases where you find yourself without good old soap and water. The car and the office are two perfect examples of this. When ABC News went out several years ago and tested the germiest places in New York, they found that subway poles were the least germy of all because they were made out of stainless steel and stainless steel did not keep germs alive for very long. They did find that the worst places for germs were your desk - computer keyboard and telephone - and your car steering wheel and dash buttons, because plastic is a better host for germs. So these little canisters are perfect for my office and car. I wipe my hands and my keyboard/mouse/telephone with them and do the same in car. These fit perfectly into one of my car cup holders and will also fit into the glove box or a purse without being too bulky. They really are small. You can toss them into your kids' backpacks or lunch bags very easily.

I usually carry baby wipes in my car, but I never know where to carry the container, or where to find it when we need it. These are nice because they do fit in the rear cup holder, perfect for the kids.
When you pop open the top, the entire top opens, exposing all the wipes. They don't pull out a small slot like I'm used to seeing. This makes them easy to get to, even if they come lose from the side notch that holds the next wipe ready to use. But it also allows them to dry out faster.
These are kind of small, just over 3" square , but they are nice and thick and easy to use.
I usually don't like anything scented, but these are very softly scented and don't bother me. I like that they don't use alcohol but still kill germs. There is a 6 pack that sells for about $23 on Amazon, a good buy.

I liked this product very much, only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the slot the sheets feed through. Not good at all, too small to fit the sheet through. able to dispense without it, but takes two hands because you have to manually tear the sheets apart. so I like the product enough to live with it :)

I recently took a lengthy car trip and it was so nice to have these wipes within reach. I packed several snack-type foods so I didn't have to stop to eat, and it was great to clean up my hands and face while on the move. This 3-pack contains one of each scent - citrus, a "clean refreshing scent," and "fragrance free." All of them are very nice, but I especially like the latter two. They don't seem to dry out my skin and the packages say that the product kills "99.99% of illness causing germs." Stopping at rest stops along the way, you never know what you are touching on door handles, etc. so it's great to have these in the car to be sure you're not carrying something "yukky" around on your hands.
Just as an aside and as an experiment, I have a feral cat who has "goopy" eyes. It would be dangerous for anyone involved to take her to the vet right now, so to clean up her face, I have been using the "clean refreshing scent" wipes and she doesn't fight me at all. The wipes are wet enough to dissolve what has dried on her face, but there doesn't seem to be any irritant at all to her eyes. So, the wipes seem to be safe for pets as well. I mention this from my experience only - not as scientific or veterinary fact.
At home, I generally would prefer to just use my regular cloth towels, soap and water, but these wipes are very helpful when those options aren't available. I'm very happy with the product.

PURELL's sanitizing wipes are most excellent. I use the lemon ones at home and the unscented kind at work, where I often need to clean my hands. These wipes are much quicker than plain water and paper towel, and a lot more effective.

These were not at all what I expected, but I like them. For starters, the bottles are MUCH smaller than other Purell wipes I've gotten in the past. Be aware that these are 40-count containers, not 100-count containers like you can also get. Also, the product is different: these are NON-ALCOHOL wipes. I'm not a scientist, so I'll have to take their word for it that Benalkonium Chloride can also kill bacteria, but these feel much gentler to skin and can, in fact, be used on the face. I have used regular Purell wipes on my face before and the experience is not fun--overpowering, asphyxiating alcohol fumes in my nose and eyes--yuck! But these are fine; it feels like using a Wet Wipe; no fumes, and it cleaned my face. (But they do need to be kept away from eyes, so don't imagine these can double as make-up removers.)

The upshot is that these are versatile wipes that will kill bacteria and be used on faces. The smaller bottle means they're easier to stash in the car, backpack, etc. I'm a fan!
