    This review is for the Munki Munki purple wiener dog pajamas in size small. This is the third pair I've purchased (2 at Nordstrom and this pair from Amazon). The flannel is soft and thick and cozy. The quality, design and detail make them worth the somewhat high price. I don't see the color as purple, it's more fusia to me, more as I see it in the picture.
    As far as the fit, I can only describe it in relation to my body. I'm 5 2 1/2", 106 lbs., and slim and straight. When I try on the pajamas before washing them they are way too big. I then wash them in warm water and dry on medium. This shrinks them to a very roomy fit on me, but if you wash on cold and dry on low I'm pretty sure they wouldn't shrink as much. I can see why some might say the top is small. It is still roomy on me even after shrinking but I wouldn't want it any smaller, and a larger or taller person might need a little extra room. I think the bottoms run large. After shrinking they are still VERY roomy, but soooo comfortable.

    UPDATE a week later:
    I still like these pajamas and plan on keeping them but noticed some quality issues between the Amazon pair and the 2 other Munki Munki pajamas (exact same style/different design) I purchased from Nordstrom. The button holes aren't sewn well, almost like slits in the fabric with no sewing to bind the edges. I hope they don't unravel. Also, the cuffs on the pajama pants from the Amazon pair have a similar issue. In the 2 Nordstrom pair, when you turn over the cuff to snap it up, it is finished with a nice perfect straight hem on the part that now shows that was underneath. On the Amazon pair, the seam that shows when you turn up the cuff is the kind of stitch that is usually hidden on the inside of clothes, not something you want to show. It makes me wonder if these are "seconds" or if it's just this one pair.

    Best flannel pj's ever! Really, no joke. But prepare for some serious shrinkage. I washed these in cold on the "hand wash cycle" and dried them on delicate with the low setting, and I still had an entire size of shrinkage. I love these, I really do, but looking at the size you have to buy to accommodate for such shrinkage really hurts the ego. Thankfully, it's in small print.

    Comfortable. Whimsical Christmas theme. Nice colors. I wash in cold water and don't use a dryer, so I can't say whether or not they would shrink. I bought them because I have another pair of Munki Munki pajamas that I got at Target and I like them very much.

    These are great pajamas with great detailing: snaps at the bottom of the contrasting cuffs so that if the pant leg is too long for you, you can snap it up, also cute detailing on the sleeves, inside the back of the shoulders, and piping on the pockets. Amazing detail for pjs.

    The fabric is great. It's a dense flannel, soft, cozy, and warm. If your house is drafty, these are for you! I ended up buying 3 pairs, and have worn only these pjs since.

    The tops run somewhat smaller, but not too much. Pants are a generous fit.

    Had to return. It was made of beautiful fabric and sewn well but was VERY small and VERY fitted. Was sorry to return it but just didn't work. Got it on a deal of the day and they would not give me the same price on a re order.

    I love these pajamas! They are so soft and comfortable. Just be sure to order a size up if you plan to machine wash and dry (the label says hand wash/hang dry - who does that with pajamas?!). I am 5'4", 130 lbs. and the large fits nicely after washing. They have not shrunken any more with subsequent washings.

    I love the super soft material of Munki Munki flannel pajamas. The only problem is these shrink ALOT so order one size larger than your normal size pajamas. I have tried many brands of flannel PJs and these are the softest by far.
