I am a massive fan of essential oils, and I'm always on the look out to add new scents to my growing collection, so I was eager to explore this new kit.

This set of therapeutic grade essential oils includes 8 scents that are all packaged in 10ml amber glass bottles to protect the oils from UV light. They scents that are included are: Lemongrass, Tea Tree, Lavender, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Peppermint, and Grapefruit, and each of the bottles includes information on its uses, Latin name, extraction method, and origin. I've never seen such comprehensive labeling on such small bottles, but I was very impressed!

The set also included a double-sided set of instructions that went through the basics of essential oils, including what they are, what aromatherapy is, the difference between essential oils and carrier oils, how essential oils can be used, safety, storage, and purchasing tips, things to avoid, and then a really in-depth guide for the eight commonly used essential oils included in this set, and their benefits. I was honestly quite impressed by how much depth the pamphlet went into!

Part of what originally attracted me to this kit was that it contained a number of oils I didn't already own (such as grapefruit, rosemary, orange, lemon, and eucalyptus), and being able to learn more about the proper usage for each beyond "well, this one smells good" was really enlightening, and now I'm even more eager to give each a try!

The oils themselves are very concentrated and smell wonderful, and I can only give my highest praise to this essential oils kit. I will definitely be getting some good use out of it, and I highly recommend it!

These oils came quickly and were packaged perfectly. They were boxed inside a box. They come in attractive green box with a great insert about essential oils and how to use oils. I started opening all the oils and smelling them. The very first time I purchased these are reviewed them,I purchased them discounted in exchange for an honest review and hopes the review would help someone.

I am revising my review a little today because I am coming back to buy these oils again at FULL PRICE because my 18 year old daughter is getting interested in essential oils and I believe this to be an excellent started set for the money. I had given her a diffuser and I feel comfortable with her using these in a therapeutic way.

I have gotten some crummy, stinky, oils in the past and I try hard to avoid that by picking through reviews bad and good. All the bottles are cute. Yes cute. The lettering and label are darling and sweet. I love them. They stand out. Each oil, the first impression is as follows:

lavender: smells like lavender should ... calming & lovely (i have gotten some bum lavenders, this is not one of them)
tea tree: smells like tea tree should ... medicinal (I have also gotten some bum tea tree that smells like pine sol)
lemon: not super strong, but citrusy like fresh cut lemons
peppermint: not the strongest peppermint I have ever smelled, but I accidentally hit my nose with it and it FEELS like peppermint, lol
grapefruit: smells AMAZING, I could whiff this all day and be so very happy, citrusy to the max
lemongrass: first whiff does not smell like lemongrass I usually use, but smells like YL lemongrass, so that is good!

This set is nice, but it was poorly packed. That said. Some bottles have a lot less oil than the others and they are all supposed to have the same amount.

I liked the information that came with this set and found it to be very informative and I appreciate that because not everyone knows everything about essential oils. So this makes a great set to give as a starter kit because the person can learn what each of the scents can do and help you.

I really like the grapefruit, lemon and lavender a lot. They all smell really good though. They do smell like they should and they were not a returned item because I broke all the seals for each bottle so I think that some of the oils must just not do well sitting and must evaporate. Which is fine I guess just seems a little weird some have a noticeably different amount.

I do like this and would recommend this set to any newbies to essential oils.

I have become somewhat of an essential oil OBSESSOR lately. I have done all I can to find the most valuable oils that are still 100% pure and undiluted. These bad-boys are GREAT! They came packaged with a little information about each oil, its origin, how it was processed and what its best for. I have yet to find another starter kit with such extensive, thorough information! It did take quite a long time to arrive, but I'm so happy with the product, it took me really thinking about it to remember that was the only flaw here. I also LOVE that lemon, rosemary and grapefruit are in this pack, as well!
Some oils are watery and clear, while these are a nice consistency with appropriate coloring. The smells are amazing and I've already begun with the peppermint for headaches, which I have 3x a week. It knocks the sharpness out and becomes so much easier to manage my migraines! I will absolutely recommend and purchase from this company again!
