Excellent customer service!
One of the very sturdy glides would not allow screw to turn to tighten it to leg of walker. I called number given, spoke to extremely pleasant and helpful woman who sent two replacement glides which I received two days later.
The replacement worked as well as working glide of original shipment, screwing tight easily for snug fit of very sturdy glide. Great quality product with wheels also being very sturdy and easily installed.
I am very pleased with product AND customer service, highly recommend.

This wasn't a bad product, I just hoped it was a little sturdier than it is. I wanted something that would withstand my Dad's walks along the road better than the wheels his walker came with. These are just a bit better.
