This was my first time ordering from them and I was really concerned about quality and would the shipping be timely..No problem what so ever! I got this with the dry ice still in full form in the container and the meat frozen stiff!! The only thing I didn't pay attention to when ordering was the fact that this meat is in a 5 pound bag..not portioned out! Ended up thawing the meat a week or two later and cooking 1/2 and the rest the next night. Tender! Only cooked for a few minutes in batches on my grill pan..Very Very good, juicy but not fatty at all or full of gristle. This was a splurge for me so I wouldn't be buying often, but, I am going to check on what other stuff they sell. This is the first time I ever saw frozen meat on Amazon too..
