I have been reading all of the informative articles about drinking really good organic bone broths. Sipping these bone broths not only is great for your body but is also good for your hair and your skin and your joints! I try to sip at least a cup or two a day. I do make my own and I also buy organic bone broths in a carton but I wanted to try these k-cup ones. These are fast and quick and really delicious!

The beef bone broth was delicious and the convenience is incredible for people on the go who want to eat healthy. My order arrived quickly and I love the packaging. The flavor was perfect....not to salty and completely filling. My daughter loves them as well and they make for a great snack when she is hungry after school

My Fiance and I love Lonolife! While we’re not strict Paleo, we love the healthy aspects of bone broth. The K Cup makes it so easy. We dress it up with some diced chicken, spinach and Shirataki Noodles and it’s a simple and healthy soup that tastes great. Just the plain broth makes a great snack in between meals and keeps me from less healthy alternatives. It leaves me feeling satisfied and has been huge help in cutting calories. The only thing is and it's not their fault is keurig BASTARDS have something that know it's not a keurig product!! so it won't brew it all the time. HOWEVER, just keep rotating the cup a few times and it works. Or worst case just open the cup and pour it in hot water.

Oh my, I'm addicted to this bone broth! I don't have a Keurig coffeemaker, but the powder mixes instantly with water heated in my little Mr. Coffee.
I have to limit consumption, as I'm supposed to be on a low sodium diet, & this has a lot of salt; my sodium level has already gone up, with just one cup a day. I know I must start making my own, but will continue to keep this on hand; can't bear to be without it. Have already re-ordered.
