These bowls are an excellent addition to my household. I prep my meals between Saturday and Sunday. I use the smaller bowl as a salad bowl. It is the perfect size to keep me in line with my health goals. The larger bowl I use to prep my fruits and veggies. It is really big and hold a lot of food. I like that it is easy to clean also. I have used this bowl to store fruit which around my house does not last long. :-) These bowls would be great as serving bowls for dips, dips, cookies and other party favors. These bowls are thick without being heavy. They are very complimentary to any décor. I really like these bowls. I love cherries so this would be perfect to enjoy my snack without having pits in with my fruit. Great idea in designing these bowls to fit like this.

Double Two-piece Bowl Set - Whoop Whoop! We have a winner here!!! We have gatherings all of the time and this is perfect for the outside patio table for snacks! First I will say that it comes in a beautiful box that is suitable for a gift! When I took it out of the box it could tell that it was made with a quality material. It was sturdy and thick! The inner bowl sat well in the first bowl as it has 4 ledges to sit on. The bowls are eye appealing for parties and get togethers.

*Use the 2 bowls separately, for food prep or serving.
*Serve chilled food in the smaller bowl, with ice under and around it in the larger bowl.
*Serve food that leaves "scraps" (grapes, cherries, peaches, plums, pears, nuts, wrapped candies, etc.), and neatly dispose of scraps in the outer bowl.
The plastic material is a heavy-duty food safe polypropylene, dishwasher safe, with a nice "smooth-matte" finish that's comfortable to grip and pass around. The outer bowl holds the inner bowl securely, without frustration.
We've been using this set just at home so far, for serving fresh fruits, using the outer bowl for scraps. I would like to use it this summer for picnic and buffet gatherings.
I think this double set, like Home & Above's strainer double bowl set, has an artistic flair in design. The yellow and green are a great backdrop for food presentation...the colors make fresh foods look vibrant and appealing. This set coordinates nicely with the strainer double bowl set.
The bowls look and feel like premium quality, without exaggeration. Obvious thoughtfulness and care was invested. Pictures are supposed to be worth 1,000 words, but in this case they might not do a good enough job in communicating the quality level. I'm including a photo of the box it comes in, just to say that it's exceptionally nice, perfect for presentation as a special gift. My first impression, before I even opened the box, is that something good would be inside.
