Two of the best things I can appreciate about these supplements that you will notice immediately are the lack of aftertaste and they do not smell foul when you open the bottle.
High blood pressure is on both sides of the family but has not affected everyone, but I am in the mode of tying to reduce my chances and do preventative maintenance to reduce my risks even if for only a little while longer.
Since I have never take anything that was designed to promote a healthier blood pressure, I am uncertain what real effects to look for, however, I do take them as required, one per day and when I go for my next checkup in a few months, I can determine at that time if these have made a significant difference at all.
The 60 capsule supply should be more than enough to see a change, if any, in the immediate future.
My initial problem was being able to swallow them as they are a little larger than some of my other supplements.

I have had issues with high blood pressure for a couple of years now. I am always looking into all natural or supplemental ways to lower it and live an overall healthier lifestyle because of this. These vitamins do not fall short. They are packed with essential ingredients for a healthier life and in turn helps to keep your blood pressure in check. I really enjoyed that they included natural ingredients like garlic, forskohlii, and Hawthorne. I have been taking these with my morning routine and have found no side effects through out the day when using them. I do not take them with food, and I know it is all ways recommended to pair a vitamin with food for better apsorbtion, but I have had no negative side effects like upset stomach or cramping. They do smell a tad funky, but no lingering aftertaste in the mouth. One simple capsule a day to help better your overall health! There isn't much not to love here!
