This is my 4th dell laptop. I am extremely disappointed. The Volume is so low I can't hear anything and when I put earphones in I get nothing. The touch pad sometimes works and other times it does not. I bought it so I could update my equipment and plug it into my smart tv and watch Amizon Prime movies and Netflix. The usb port only gives me volume on the tv sometimes. So I have to plug it and un plug it about 10 times before I get sound. I am not happy at all. Guess I will call Dell and spend about 12 hours trying to talk to someone that can fix it. I will let you know how it turns out.
